Here's a tip - before purchasing a car wash, I usually peer around the back and to the left side of the station to see how many cars are in line ahead of me, and consider that it'll take up to 10 minutes for each of those cars to get their wash. On some days, especially weekends, the wait is simply not worth it. Also note that, while the car wash here is OK, touchless is generally never as good as a place that uses chamois or soft brushes as part of the wash process to get all the dirt and road gunk off your vehicle. I'd also mention that last time I attempted to use the vacuums here, the hoses were coated in dirt and stones from lying on the ground, and they smelled like vomit. The convenience store at this Mobil station is quite good, offering a large variety of beers (including a respectable variety of craft beers), wines, sandwiches and a few other food/drink items. I stopped here recently to get some food and drink for a party I was going to, and was surprised that their prices on many of those items were cheaper than Publix.

Their beer selection is excellent and they also have an array of wine and sake to choose from. The empanadas are the size of my hand and are made in-house daily; my favorites are the carne and ropa vieja but there are others like carnitas, ham and cheese, and spinach. Make sure you stop here the next time you are on the way to the beach, or coming home from work, or anytime in between.

I come here because I'm obsessed with the Super Caveman Smoothie (chocolate, tyvm) and it's the only place in Miami with a kick ass mocktail, natural wine, craft beer, AND fun snacks selection. And of course, I can't forget to mention the order & go counter service. Today was the second day in a row that I went to order my smoothie and I love how the lovely lady remembered me. The gas is usually priced higher than other spots but since traffic on US1 can sometimes be hectic, if you're passing the entrance to this location then those few extra cents spent on fuel compensate for not having to make a weird maneuver and cross to the other side of the street which can cause delays to say the least. There's only about two more fuel spots heading north on US1 after this spot before catching I-95 so it's best to fuel up here and avoid the crazy intersection on 27th. It serves its purpose and the lanes aren't so narrow so finding an open pump isn't a nightmare. Plus, you can easily pay at the pump using your card.
