This 7-Eleven is alright, but felt like I was going to get jumped it's like entering a warzone once you step outside. The pizza box doesn't even have the logo on it, and I had to pay before they cooked it, which is unusual for most 7-Elevens. I think it's because of the homeless population outside, but seriously, I was dressed like I was on vacation. The three ladies helped me so much because I had a problem on my transaction. Open 24/7 so it's reliable, Also a lot of variety, great promos and the staff is pretty nice to the regulars!

A hit or miss with it being open now. You can go early in the evening and all the doors will be locked, or go late at night and it will be open. Sometimes it does have a rather weird smell, like burnt rubber that some convenience stores seem to have. The staff is cool though, and will help and assist as best they can. Kudos to them because there's always something going on with the surroundings and the homeless. read more

Slurpeeeeeeeee....No, I did not take the metro all the way downtown just for a Slurpee. That would be overkill. However, I was enthusiastic to come across one after interviewing downtown because this girl misses her Slurpees. Generally a health food nut, there's just nothing like the slurpee. (And don't you even dare claim icee and slurpee are the same thing!) With no 7-elevens near campus, I was going through serious Slurpee withdrawal symptoms. This 7-eleven location is decently large and centralized in Downtown. The Slurpee selection was decent. Basically, the location had the usual 7-eleven convenience store items food, drink, things you need to grab on-the-go...nothing out of the ordinary. I gave this location only 3 stars due to the limited coffee and creamer options. I'm use to going to 7 Eleven and getting a range of choices but here was limited to 4-5 coffee options. However the customer service make up for it. Professional, friendly and helpful the staff were. Liz and this other guy were there and they were respectful and super nice. I love 7- Elevens and I still come to this one because of its convenience location but this is one of the filthiest stores there is. There is not a day when I walk in that there are spills in the floors, dirty coffee counters and lids all mixed up and out of place. Someone had mentioned that 7-Elevens were closed when going late at night well it's true they are 24,Hours but during the pandemic they were forced to close to get stores set up and even cleaned up to keep people safe. In hi tourism areas they would close at night open in the morning. Some were closed for a week straight. But now all back to normal with that but now most importantly for not just our Country but the World is to get as many people vaccinated so we can go back to the way we were 2 years ago no masks full opened restaurants clubs you name it. So the more that people get vaccinated the sooner we can make sure we are all safe to do the things we like and that is live a safe normal life. read more

This 7-11 is right around the corner from my place so as far as location it's super convenient but because it's downtown it tends to attract loiters. I've also seen my share of homeless people with mental illness, actively hallucinating in the middle of a transaction. It doesn't scare me (I use to work with this population) but it certainly forces you to be more aware of your surroundings. Staff here tends to come and go. Items always seem to be in stock but store is not always clean. Fan of their cinnamon twist. I usually satisfy my late night and time of the month cravings from here, and occasionally grab a Big Gulp. Three stars for it's accessibility. read more

I am not racist, but there is an Africa American guy he is really chubby dark culry hair really rude. For example I got some nachos and the machine was there and I ask him dose it still has cheese and he is like if you see it there it's cause it has cheese, but really rude I am a massage therapist in L.A and I try my best to have a smile for my client and give them a great costumer Service, and the other day I went again and there was a African American lady really sweet and great service ,that's the way you have to treat the clients and not give attitude. read more

I'm not sure why their hours say open 24 hours. I've went there several times around midnight +\- 2 hours in the past and they've been closed. This happened again today. There have been other times where I've even seen the person inside and they noticed me outside and they never said they're closed, but the door is locked. Basically refused to even acknowledge my presence. This time there was a paper on the door that stated that due to COVID-19 they would be temporarily closing at night. It's very easy to miss. I would probably put that in bigger text, but more important, update your hours online. I checked online before I even left my condo only to realize when I got there that the hours are wrong. As long as they have cherry, blue raspberry or banana slurpees I will always give any 7-11 and high rating. Slurpees are the only items I get here, aside from beer or chips. This location happens to be located in the same building as one of my good buddies, The Gorilla. It makes visiting him that much more fun. ^_^ read more

Stopped in here during my visit to the Miami Book Fair. This location is extremely convenient and has all of the major components a 7/11 would have. I don't really have anything negative to say besides the fact that I couldn't get Mountain Dew in my Big Gulp because they ran out of syrup. But I think I can live without it. read more

It's a good 7-11, the people there are very friendly. BUT a lot of homeless people sit in front of the store & hang out inside the store so we go to Red Apple Market or the other little store on 2nd. Both owners are very nice. read more

Frequently go into 7-Eleven to buy snacks or whatever catches my eye and on my way to a meeting around 7PM on Wednesday I did just that. There were about 10, 11 customers and I sure it must have been busy the previous couple hours but there was only 1 young lady by herself working. There is no way she could do all that was required to keep the hot snack going, be safe, check out customers, field questions,... But the place was clean. The service in here was awful. I was in there on a Thursday, 6/15/17 at 8 PM. We were the only ones in the store. There was a young guy behind the register talking on his cell phone. We were getting a Big Gulp and the Coke was not operational. I made eye contact with him from the soda machine and asked if he could change the Coke. He made a half motion of his finger across his neck and mumbled something to me that sounded like "we are closed", but I couldn't really understand what he said, then turned his back on me and proceeded to walk the other direction and kept talking on his "personal" phone call. I said to him, "What do you mean you are closed", he ignored me and kept talking on his phone. I asked him what was more important, helping a customer or his personal phone call. He never responded, just kept on the call. Eventually he ended his call and started yelling at me as if it was my fault that I couldn't understand what he said or what he meant by the finger slash. Then another patron came in and he proceeded to yell at me like I was the bad guy. Then he told me to get out of the store and he would refuse my business. My fiancé then took our purchase to another counter and he rang her up. I kept an eye on the transaction and he saw me watching and then got brass with me and asked me if I was gonna "Do Something", as if to challenge me to a fight. This is not the type of place that allows someone that works for them to treat customers like this. I would give this ZERO stars if I could. read more
