I've been here a few times and happy that I can use Shell App. While using the app does take longer than swiping your credit card, it automatically applies any rewards and discounts which is nice. So, I'm pumping gas and the car wash has the 7-Eleven logo! This is new. Nothing else on the outside of the small yellow convivence store scream 7-Eleven, so I pop inside and sure enough, they have 7-Eleven cups and a Slurpee machine. However, that's all I saw with my quick glance around the store. Like I mentioned, this location is pretty small, so I didn't see any hot food and only 1 soda fountain with about 7 selections so don't expect the 16 or so options you find a regular 7-Elevens. Otherwise, my experience will simply pumping gas was uneventful, which is what you want when pumping gas. read more

It's a Saturday and I stopped at this Shell to utilize my Ralphs fuel points. Turns out the most this Shell would honor was .10...so Veronica who was running the register solo backed out my transaction and I called Ralphs customer care. Not only did Veronica try to help me once, she did three additional times! End result Ralphs wasn't helpful at all, the Manager at this Shell location never stepped in to help, what made it a good experience despite all of the above was Veronica! Smiled the entire time, helped numerous customers on her own and still kept checking in on me. WOW WOW WOW!!! Veronica you're the BEST!!! read more

This is the nearest gas station with a car wash so it's usually my stop when I need both. Gas is getting cheap even for the good stuff like this place which is nice. I can fill up and get a clean car. The car wash is 24/7 but not the best, even if you pay for the primo stuff. I've been through better drive-thru car washes. Meh. Oh well. I had to use the gas station because I was going to a lunch meeting on Tustin Avenue. Gas station quite simply is little dirty and A few of the pumps are out of service and/or broken. The little office like food center was nothing to write home about and was also kind of dirty. Wouldn't take my car there if my life deepened on it! I purchased the highest package they have to offer. My car was left full of soap that left marks worse than the dust I had. Looking even closer it still has streek lines from where there bristle flaps smack your car.. It didn't even get the dust off.. I got such a mouth full when asking for a refund. And was told "this is not a full car wash!". I replied with the fact that I understand but soap? And still dirty? great gas station. its usually cheaper than the chevron down the street. they have TVs for you to watch while you pump gas. i'm glad technology has come a long way since just normally pumping gas without TVs. the car wash is just alright, but it gets the job done. thee mini-store has all the typical things you need. snacks, smokes, lotto, drinks and stuff for your car. PS: they have a deal going on...if you get a car wash from this shell and it rains within 2 days, just bring your reciete back within a week and you get a brand new cash wash. how nice of them. :) read more

They have a 24 Hr. car wash and some of the best prices in the area on "main stream" brand gas. The customer service inside is typical, 20 something year olds who don't have any real answers. However, they are good about getting you a complimentary car wash if you feel like something wasn't going right with the machine when you went through. read more

The absolute worse gas station that I have ever been to. Half the time the credit card reader does not work. It is very frustrating. The Shell supreme Gasoline has a special nitro cleaner and it helps keep the engine vales clean and lubricates the engine better than any other gasoline. You get a flying feeling when you accelerate after filling with this product. My car does not need Super but that's what I added and the performance is noticeable. read more

The station itself is also really sketchy and I didn't even feel safe there in broad daylight. My mom was pumping gas and I went inside to play lotto and I walked out with my lotto slip for the night but never received my play slip back! My car ran out of gas and I was parked against the wall as I walked over to the pump at the gentleman came out and said that they were shutting the pumps down for four hours so I told him I would have to walk to 17th St. to get gas and then I'll be right back I walk to 17th St. and walk back and when I came back my car was towed away the total bill is now $688 now I'm not made out of money I'm just average person trying to survive I'm unable to get to work I think that they didn't have to do that when they knew that my car run out of gas and I was coming right back with a big smile on his face he told me that they towed it!!!!
