A few month back, they advised me they couldn't properly perform an alignment because the tires on our car were too worn. Other shops might've just done the job with an "oh well"attitude. Even though the car was near needing new tires, I was not pushed to immediately buy them (that's happened with a different car at a factory dealer). Recently, I was researching new tires for my SUV and was offered a few choices. The differences and driving characteristics between Cross/SUV and LT tires was extremely helpful in my purchase decision. I highly recommend Anaheim Wheel and Tire!

They charged me $80 to mount two new 8" mower tires on new 8" rims. It was originally $40 for both, the first guy quoted me thar. Then they talked to each other (in Spanish) and said it would be $40 for each tire mounted. They told me come back in an hour. So I left and came back. They got them mounted. What disappointed me most was that I originally thought I would be able to keep my old tire and take it home, because I believed I could patch it myself and keep it as a spare. In the end, that was not how it worked. Their used tire replacement process meant they kept my original tire and gave me another used tire in exchange. So it did not really feel like I was simply buying a used tire for $60. It felt more like I was trading in my old tire, which did not even have a hole that obvious to me, and still paying $60 on top of that. The service was done quickly, but the overall experience left me feeling less satisfied than before. I'm so thankful ChatGPT directed me to Tire Outlet. The moment I pulled into the parking lot, I was greeted with smiles and employees who were eager to help. The manager personally took care of me, and from the very beginning, everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The speed of service really impressed me. About a year ago, I brought my car to a different tire shop in Fullerton for another leaky tire and ended up waiting 2 1/2 hours before anyone even looked at my car. Today's experience couldn't have been more different. While I relaxed in Tire Outlet's clean, comfortable waiting lounge and got some work done on my laptop, they had everything taken care of in about 15 minutes. Then came the biggest surprise of all. They told me my tire didn't need to be replaced after all--they were able to fix it easily by hand. And when I went to pay, they insisted on not charging me anything. Seriously... who does that these days?! I was blown away. That level of honesty and integrity is incredibly rare. I was about two hours from home, and ended up with a hole in my tire that needed fixing before I could drive back. They told me to arrive by 6:30 p.m. since they closed at 7, and I got there just in time. While the actual replacement process was smooth and the tires look fine, I only found out from the paperwork afterward that they were supposedly "balanced". Unfortunately, the car hasn't been driving right since. The steering feels off, it's jerky, and turns are more difficult than they should be. Clearly, something is wrong with the balancing or the installation. I'm concerned that because I arrived so close to closing time, the job may have been rushed. If they can't do a thorough job that late in the day, they really should stop taking new customers earlier rather than rushing through the work. In short, while the staff was accommodating in terms of timing, the end result was that my car doesn't drive properly now. For that reason, I wouldn't go back.

I showed him my call history, and he confirmed that was their number I called on Friday. He told me there might be a mechanic coming in the near future and I am allowed to stay and wait if he shows up. I turned around, and went to Valvoline, my usual 15min oil change spot. I got three other quotes up to $2600 requiring to replace the bumper and paint the fender to match! The car is over 5 years old but the entire body is in great shape. I definitely wanted something reasonable because I didn't want to go through my insurance company for an aging car. After he finished the repair, you can't even notice any damage. I wish more body shops were more honest like Signature Auto body. I was about two hours from home, and ended up with a hole in my tire that needed fixing before I could drive back. They told me to arrive by 6:30 p.m. since they closed at 7, and I got there just in time. While the actual replacement process was smooth and the tires look fine, I only found out from the paperwork afterward that they were supposedly "balanced". Unfortunately, the car hasn't been driving right since. The steering feels off, it's jerky, and turns are more difficult than they should be. Clearly, something is wrong with the balancing or the installation. I'm concerned that because I arrived so close to closing time, the job may have been rushed. If they can't do a thorough job that late in the day, they really should stop taking new customers earlier rather than rushing through the work. In short, while the staff was accommodating in terms of timing, the end result was that my car doesn't drive properly now. For that reason, I wouldn't go back.

They (Bp Tires and Wheels) gave me their earliest availability as well as an unbeatable price (literally too good to be true) compared to the other places I reached out to. Without hesitation, I made my appointment. On my appointment day I arrived a few minutes early. I was greeted by the owner, who gladly helped me get checked in. Knowing that it would take about an hour I decided to hang out in the waiting area where there was a TV playing some automotive related media. Once the alignment was complete, the tech took my truck on a test drive to make sure everything was straight and solid. I had a chance to speak to the owner for a bit after the work was done. I learned that the shop is family owned, and that they're all car enthusiasts. Super nice dude. Customer service was excellent. I'm surprised how well taken care of I was for the price that I paid. He asked what size, I said 20". Then he goes, "What are the exact measurements on the tire?" I mention it's a Tesla Model Y, mostly so the price wouldn't change when I got there. He says $35, I agree, and head over. I pull up about 2 minutes later, let him know I'm there. He looks at the car, tells me to bring it in. I park, get out, and suddenly it's $40. I tell him straight up: "Hey bro, I called and you agreed to $35 what's going on?" After a little back and forth, he was cool about it. Funny part is, My brother has lots and I usually get this kind of thing done for free but that wasn't the case this time. End of the day, he fixed the tire and did the job right. I still gave him $40, not because I had to, but because I wanted to keep it cool. My request went through the Yelp Project page first and Jose was very fast with his response. He told me I could come in on a Friday morning as a walk in. Gino who took care of my intake was very friendly and made me feel welcome. They also had a comfy waiting area stocked with complimentary coffee and snacks, but I didn't need to wait long because I was out of there within an hour, oil changed and tires rotated. Their prices are fair and they accept both credit card and cash/Zelle (if you want to avoid the 3% credit card surcharge). During the oil change they also noted some things that will need repair, but weren't pushy with their recommendations. For that I am very appreciative, and will most definitely come back for their continued services.
