Needless to say after several hours went by I finally got my tire checked out only to find out when they checked my tire pressure they caused my valve stem to malfunction and my tire to leak down slowly !! !! Thank goodness for Alex, who has been General Manager of this location for all of one day. I walked in with a complex insurance claim. He patiently figured out how to go through the roadside claim with me, and I'm going to leave here with a lot better spirits than I was towed in here with. From the beginning the oil attendant forgot to rotate my tires and he just did my oil change until i reminded him; to do tire rotation because I had 15hr road trip. So I left for my trip and after 4hrs. I notice my vehicle was losing power and car was hesitating,and metallic sound coming from my engine. As soon as I pulled in the faces of the employees went from welcoming to troubled. My truck had started making noises I didn't hear while driving. During the inspection they found a leak and investigated further to find the water pump was leaking and a belt needed to be replaced. They patiently answered all of my questions about the safety of continuing on my trip, what could happen and how to handle each scenario. They all genuinely cared about my safety and it showed.
