Worst experience of my life. First off I went to get my car washed, and the card reader wouldn't work multiple times so I clicked help. Denise came out to help me but she came right up to my window so I pulled it up because I can't be that close to somebody. However I opened the passenger side window and when she was on that side she was very upset and ignored me. And then kept walking inside despite me continuously saying help Please help Please help I then click the help button again and somebody with blonde hair came out who kept telling me to put the card in as I continued to share that I was charged multiple times already and then it finally went through. I called in to talk to the manager, today is Monday October 21st and it was 7:40 a.m. that I called. He and the rest of the staff continued to misgender me and mispronow me and talk over me. And continue to yell at me. And when I asked him will you please let me finish what I'm sharing or you going to keep talking over me. And he just kept yelling at me and I said I'm going to put a Yelp review if you're not going to let me finish and he goes go ahead and put a f****** Yelp review This is self-service You're lucky we even helped you and I just hung up before I could hear the rest of what he said. This was an incredibly awful experience. I've been using this gas station as the only gas station I use for gas or for my car wash for over 20 years and I can't imagine ever coming back again after that horrific experience. read more

One of the most expensive gas stations in the city! There are many transients lurking around. I've seen many empty suitcases around this gas station. If you go there make sure your doors and trunk are locked so nothing gets stolen while you are distracted! read more

It's not in the greatest location and they don't have the best prices but if you need to grab gas after leaving the airport before you get on the freeway it's a pretty convenient choice. When it's late at night I only pump a couple gallons just enough to get me to the next station somewhere else in a more lit location. Prices seem a little bit on the high side so I only come here when I absolutely have to. read more

$200 pre auth doesn't make sense. Avg gas tank size is 12-16 gallons. $200 pre-auth assumes a 35-40 gallon tank. AMEX flagged it as fraud. Change your settings. Nowhere else has that pre-auth amount except a business gas station for semis and smaller diesel haulers. read more

Stopped here to fill up my rental car before returning to the airport. I noticed it was expensive, but since I'm not from the area I didn't know the local fuel prices. After filling up I happened to drive past a few other gas stations that were over $1 per gallon cheaper. Avoid this gas station unless you enjoy paying extra for no reason! read more

Don't get gas here! The gas prices here are at least a dollar per gallon more expensive than at other gas stations. It may be specific to being near the airport, but the costs are ridiculous. The gas also pumps at an incredibly slow rate and you can barely see the screens on the pumps. Add to it the amount of homeless trolling the area and the pulled shades by the staff, and you've got the perfect scenario for a scary movie. read more

I've been to this gas station a few times when returning rental cars. Half the time it is so full that you can't fill up your tank for at least half an hour. This last time the credit card and debit card functions were down, so you had to enter the gas station to pay. This is quite annoying as most of the business going to this gas station is fill up your gas tank before you return your rental. Given it's lack of reliability, I wouldn't come here unless you really have no other choice. Instead, when you get off of the I-5 North, you can keep going down India Street and fill up at that gas station instead. It will be more reliable, have a shorter line, and get you to the car rental return faster than this closer gas station. read more

This little store is right off the freeway and a quick place to grab some fuel, before heading back to the airport with the rental, or grabbing some snacks before hitting the road to travel north. For me I was really looking for a Mexican Coke and some snacks before I left town for Thousand Oaks. Luckily enough they had the Coke and other items to snack on. The guys behind the counter actually cared that they worked there and happy for your business. That is a rear find at these types of establishments. What did I learn today? So my car was in desperate need of a tank of gas and I wanted to go to my local Shell gas station. I went to the shell and discovered there indeed was a shell but there was a shell but with an apostrophe in the middle of it. I didn't know what to do. I think it is cool that they have the CNG pumps at this gas station. However, I could not believe how ridiculously high the gas prices were! I got over it because I was running on empty and needed the gas badly, so that part was not too big of a deal for me. What really astonished me was how awful the customer service was at this station. So I had asked the attendant if I could use the phone because my keys got locked in the car along with my cell phone (the car has an auto lock function that I have had troubles fixing). She let me use the phone to call my husband for help and my insurance company to request for roadside assistance (since my husband was unable to help). When I spoke to my insurance company, they told me I would receive a call on the gas station phone to tell me what time help would arrive. So I hung up the phone and told the attendant that they were going to call back within 5 mins. She seemed annoyed but was okay with it. She placed the phone on the back of her counter area. She left the counter to clean the coffee machine, which was right across from the counter and right next to where I was standing. The phone rang and I answered it and it was my insurance company telling me the time roadside assistance was coming. They also told me the name and number in case I needed to contact them. I used the pen on the counter to write down the number and the attendant snapped at me and told me to hang up the phone. Her tone sounded exactly like a police officer getting ready to arrest someone. I didn't even get to finish writing the number down. She scolded me and told me I was in her space, she told me to leave the store and wait outside. Roadside assistance would not be arriving for 45 minutes. The attendant stated that if someone called concerning me she would let me know. She treated me like I was a criminal. While I understand the nature of her profession and that it might have made her uncomfortable for me to answer the phone, there was no reason for her to talk to me the way she did, especially since I apologized for answering the phone and I did not argue with her. It was cold outside and I waited for 45 mins. when my husband drove up. I asked him why he came when he said he was unable to earlier, he said he tried to call the gas station back to find out if I was okay but the attendant told him that I was outside, that he should stop calling, and she hung up on him. He said she got rude with him too and it made him so worried that he made the drive to help me out. When I finally got to my car, I used my cell phone to call the roadside assistance company and let them know I was able to get into my car. I could not believe how rude this attendant was. Furthermore, I can't believe there is not a nearby pay phone to call for help since the attendants seem to have a problem with customers using the store phone in the first place. I pray no one ever ends up in a cruddy situation at this gas station because it seems that the staff working there would leave their customers out to die before helping them out. read more

Absolutely awful. Never dealt with someone as rude and aggressive towards customers as the very angry lady who works here. If you feel like having someone treat you like garbage while you give them your patronage, this is the place for you. Avoid at all costs. read more

The gas here is much more expensive than stations relatively close. Save yourself some money and keep looking!

I fly to SD every 3 weeks for medical treatment and because my treatment I was was running a bit late returning my car and to catch my flight, but needed to fill up my gas tank prior to return it so, I pick up this gas station for been the only one in the area. I arrived to pump #2, inserted my credit card, press my zip and waited for the authorization response and when it said "lift handle and start pumping" I pressed the handle nothing happens, so I tried again, but no gas I rushed inside and told the clerk with the bad attitude about the problem and the first she said (instead of checking her monitor) was "DID YOU PAY FOR THE GAS" of course I paid for the gas I said can you check the machine? NOTHING IS WRONG WITH THE MACHINE so I went back to the pump and still nothing came out from the nozzle so I rush back and told her about the same problem and the clerk once again said "I DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING WRONG" I told her I'm close to missing my flight and need gas, can you help? Her response was "WELL, YOU SHOULD HAD ALLOW MORE TIME, I SEE THIS ALL DAY LONG" and continued to talk over me. I moved the car to the forward pump and still no gas came out after I introduced my CC info so I went back inside biting my lips and say to her "can you do something? She said what pump? BAD SERVICE AND EXPENSIVE GAS! I will never do business with this fuel station next time I'm in the area. Awful and rude employee service, do the owners know? I stopped in this morning to fill my tank. While waiting for my tank to fill, I wandered over and picked up a newspaper off the rack to read the headlines. An employee ("Liz") came out to tell me that I wasn't allowed to browse the newspapers. When I told her I was buying gas, she told me it didn't matter, buy the newspaper or put it down. She was incredibly aggressive and rude. I've bought gas at this station many times, but never again. read more
