WARNING I went to this shell and it kept saying my card wouldn't work (they don't accept Apple Pay at the pumps). So I tried another card at multiple pumps. Then I see both of my cards had instantly been "deducted" $200 and luckily reversed by my bank. Not sure why that amount was even there in the first place since it kept saying it "couldn't read my card".... Really sketchy please be aware and go elsewhere to save yourself the hassle. read more

Warning, !!! I had a really disappointing experience at the Shell Gas Station on Rosemead in Huntington Drive yesterday. After inserting my card and selecting the pump, I went inside to pay $100 for gas for my 19-gallon truck. Somehow the pump was rejecting my card and I was not the only one having the same problem . However, when I checked my fuel gauge, I realized that I had only received half a tank, despite paying for 19 gallons. When I brought this to the attention of the cashier, they didn't seem to care and suggested that I simply go for a drive and come back to show them the receipt and a picture of my odometer. This lack of concern made me feel like they were aware of the issue and potentially stealing gas. Overall, I was really disappointed with my experience at this Shell Gas Station and would not recommend it to others. I hope the management takes steps to address this issue and ensure that customers are receiving the full amount of gas that they are paying for. I will be calling agricultural commissions weight and measures. read more

Just to let everyone know this she'll gas station is selling expired snacks and because the bag of chip was open they did not want to return my money but how was I to know if the snacks was expired unless I opened it and ate one. After being near for one hour the guy do you let me grab a new bag of chips I had to get one different from the bag ahead because the whole roll was expired the date on the May when she can barely see was from 2020. read more

Stopped by this gas station two nights ago after making an emergency run to Trader Joe's for dog food. (Yay for Trader Joe's for carrying dog food+closing at 9pm on a Sunday!) I came out and my gas light was on so because this gas station was right next door I decided to fill it up. The cashier/store was already closed so if you want to pay using cash to get the cheaper prices, that's not possible but you can use your card! THE BUTTONS ON THESE GAS MACHINES ARE SO FUN! Ok, not fun but they aren't broken like the others! They are all working properly and they seem pretty new! I was very happy with those buttons because y'know how certain/most gas stations have those defective buttons that you keep pushing and nothing happens? Won't happen here! + Prices are reasonable :) I live by a Chevron and it was only a penny difference! read more

I reported it and the credit card company said, this place has a history of people complaining about the same thing. this place has a security leak or is committing fraud. do not use this gas station for your own protection. read more

I was there at this Shell Station around 10:15pm Saturday on Sptember 24th. The staff there was very rude to me. I asked his name and he told me his name is Randy! I am Asian, been in this country for 10 years and it's the first time I feel discriminated! I asked for $30 to pump in gas, and he asked me to wait with an attitude! And then I realized that I need to get some water and gum, so I asked can I get a bottle of water and gum too? And he said something I did not understand. So I asked him "I'm sorry", he was like "never mind, nothing", again with a very bad attitude! So I said "just because English is my second language, you don't have to give me attitude." Employees Unfriendly, Service Station wont refund your ATM Transaction due to lack of training and bad management. I felt I was being overcharged which I was and being charged a transaction fee is absurd. That is why I wanted a refund even thou they denied me a refund. I don't know what got them in their lives, the owner and the son are very rude people. I never saw a business owner treat customers like they do. An old lady asked for help because the pump didn't pump the gas and the money paid. Instead of getting a help the owner's son mocked at her English. She speaks English just fine only with accent. The old lady still kept her cool and asked politely but the son got berserk, yelled (literally) and asked the old lady to leave the store while giving back her money. It also happened to me this morning, while pumping the gas, I clean my windshield. The owner came at me with a typical hostile attitude and asked me to move my car if I want to clean the windshield because (according to his cynic) my car was blocking the traffic. What traffic!!! I WAS IN THE PROCESS PUMPING GAS! No other car beside one car at the other side pumping gas and the Shell big rig refilling the tanks of the station THAT completely blocking the entire north section. If this is the way the owner treat their customers, I don't mind to drive another mile away to get the gas next time. They are not the cheapest gas in the area anyway. Just feel sorry for the employees, some of them are really nice polite people, working for bitchy owners. read more

I don't see anything wrong with this Shell station. Cheapest price around this area when you pay cash. I've been filling two of my cars from this Shell for 3 years and I'm always happy with my purchases. Will keep and only coming back here. read more
