There were two people in front of me which is fine. The lady working at the register wasn't wearing a mask and she was talking on the phone while servicing customers, which caused her to move extremely slow. I finally get to the front after several minutes to pick up an order only for her to rudely tell me she couldn't help me and I had to talk to her coworker. I asked since I waited in line for so long if she could just hand me the order and I'll go. She just kept pointing for me to go elsewhere to talk to her coworker. I know why I couldn't pick up the order, they hadn't even started on it. Apparently slow service is a store trait because the coworker moved slow as well. The order consisted of 5 items, all located in the same area of the store, so why did I have to wait 15+ minutes. And the coworker got rude with me when I asked him for a separate bag to put two of the items. Overall, the experience was terrible and I would not venture back.

I said I just wanted an exchange. He told me to hold on and took two guests. I waited patiently. He still kept repeating, "Did it fall? I can't give you your money back." Again, I requested an exchange. He kept questioning. I told him my mother had just called and even put her on speaker. This was too much. I asked for corporate's phone number. He called over a different coworker. I told the coworker that this was too much for a $5 Fruit Cup and I didn't want an exchange anymore and would never return. Again, "Did you drop it?" and "Where is the fruit now?" I pointed him to the counter. He offered an exchange because I didn't have my receipt. That was what I kept asking for. But I told him at this point, I only wanted the number to corporate. He gave me a paper. When I walked out I realized it was only a stranger's receipt with the store number at the top.
