Forks, napkins, jelly, butter. I got a bagel which says it comes with cream cheese on the menu, I had to ask for the cream cheese and knife... & this has been several employees by the way. They all do it. Another time I got a biscuit with jelly. I had to ask 3 different questions thinking the server would get it. Can I have jelly...? received the jelly with no knife. Can I have a knife...? Received the knife with no napkins. Can I have napkins...? Any normal coffee shop gives you all of those things with a bag! They don't even give you bags! I spent $25 on a bagel, 1 medium chai latte, 1 medium caramel coffee, and a bacon egg and cheese sandwich, on top of that I had to ask for utensils and napkins. That was my last time going there. I go to a coffee shop to spend $7 max for a coffee and a treat, Pjs is not that place. They either think they're better quality than what they are or taking advantage of people. That was a much different experience from other boba places I recently visited. I ended up ordering a type of boba that wasn't really my personal preference, and the drink was a little sweeter than I like, but that's completely on me and part of learning what I like. I'd say the only thing I'm not thrilled about are their breakfast sandwiches - especially their sourdough option. They're all dry! We ate at home and adding some fresh tomato and mayo was a game changer, but without it not worth the purchase. Why 4 stars then? Well, friendly and competent service! We've rolled up to the drive through on a few occasions and I've been filled with dismay, line around the building. But they're pushing orders out the window very quickly, in many instances they had cars pay, get their food, drinks and roll past the window in less than a minute. My kinda drive through. Lattes are tasty, milky, and very inoffensive. I'd prefer a bit more oomph to my espresso, but given Dunkin' is shooting for the common denominator I'd say they're making a real nice acceptable latte. One donut we've gotten was our favorite maple, and it didn't disappoint.

I have always been taught the customer is number one. Maybe more training is needed. I certainly didn't feel this way on Sunday. I didn't take the time to wait on another cashier, because I was so taken aback by the funky attitude and customer service I had received.
