The biggest thing I've noticed recently is the change in the team's attitude. Before, whenever I asked for a small favor or wanted them to pay attention to something, I sometimes felt like I was being a pain. Lately though, it's been the complete opposite. The staff are much friendlier, easy to communicate with, and most of them speak great English. They actually listen to what you're asking for and make the effort to get it done. The wash might take a few extra minutes now, but I'd much rather have that if it means they're taking their time and paying attention to the details. As someone who's been coming here for years, I finally feel like my voice is heard and that they genuinely appreciate their monthly members. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days. If you live anywhere in the San Gabriel Valley, I'd definitely recommend checking this place out. I've seen the improvement firsthand, and I hope they keep it up. Keep up the great work, guys!

The one closest to me wasn't open until 8 AM, and the other one was a self-service, so this was the closest one that fit my needs at the time. The cheapest (bronze) is $10, so I thought I would purchase the unlimited $19.99 a month to justify paying that much since where I usually go only charges $5-6. I had to repeat myself to the employee, and I'm pretty sure he heard wrong because I was charged $13 and still received just the basic service. So, I was of course disappointed. Also, he had to take my smartwatch since their tap-to-pay device can't leave their building...they should just have a kiosk where we can pay from our car like every other place to save money because that was lousy service. Towards the end of the tunnel, I noticed all this black grime built up on the walls...like do they ever get that cleaned? That can't be good to have. It makes me wish I had turned my A/C on because it smelled funky.

Let's start with the good. I spilled some smelly food on my passenger car seat on Friday night and contacted several businesses to get a quote. Frank was one of the first to respond, offered a fair price, and was available to come out the next morning to help clean my car. He was prompt, professional, and seemed to do a decent job. I tipped him for the service and let the car dry out with the windows down for the next few days, as directed A few days later when the car had dried out, I noticed the smell had improved, but was still present. I contacted Frank asking nicely if he would be able to come back and do a second round of cleaning, stating that I understood that this was just a particularly stubborn food spill and offered to pay him again for his time (I also left it open ended so he could name an appropriate price). This received no response. I followed up again, again to no response. I was turned off by this lapse in communication and went on to seek another company to help do further cleaning - which they did two more times, and with prompt and clear communication. Overall, I give this guy credit for doing a decent job the first time around, but all subsequent interactions pointed to a disregard for customer retention

Safe to say, Xpress car wash does not make me feel like I'm heading on an edge! The payment process is easy, you just slide your shiny little card in and it'll give you the green light to go! As you drive in, I've notice that the drop down scrubbers really gave my car a good scrub! Soap and bubbles all over my car, just went she needs it most, mind you this is all from the bronze option! At the end of the wash, the dryers were BLOWs! Just what she needed to dry off, just like how I blow dry my hair after my shower haha. He did not inform me that this happened but instead just told me my car was ready and waited for me to notice. My paint is aging on my 2007 FJ cruiser but otherwise in good condition. I was starting to get some moderate bubbling in my clear coat on the hood, but nothing substantial. Edwin voiced no concerns about possible further damage to my paint, or I would have declined his services. I also was still asked to pay for the detailing service after he caused damage to my vehicle. Edwin did not offer to make it right, instead insisting that it was not his fault. He also refused to provide proof of insurance or a billing address for his business. I highly suggest that if you care about your car, you do not give Edwin your business. In response to Edwin's comment: If you had ANY concerns about my paint and the condition you perceived it to be in, you did not share those with my until after the damage was done. Nor did you get me when it happened. You just told me my car was ready and waited to see if I'd notice. Had you told me this was a possibility, I would have told you not to proceed. I also shared the year of my car with you in the Yelp quoting process, and you voiced no concerns then either. I did not decline going to an auto body shop for their opinion, I declined going to your uncle's auto body shop. Your family's business will not be impartial in the matter. I will be going to an auto body shop, and I am happy to share their opinion and the estimated repairs with you. This is why I asked you for your insurance information that you refused to provide. Your business insurance can determine if this is your fault or not and pay for the repairs, should they determine you caused this to happen. Lastly, yes. I did dispute the charge. Because you told me I had to pay you, even though I told you I did not think I should pay after you damaged my car. So of course I reported that services rendered were not as expected. If PayPal has held the money, that is not on me. I don't have it back either.

I also get text messages about getting my next oil change too. They quote you for the service(s) and will require your signature to sign off before commencing. I think the time it takes to get your car serviced here is pretty quick. I drove up and was quickly assisted. They are correct in saying "no appointment necessary" and there is usually one free spot available each time I have come here for my oil change.

I like this gasoline station as it's not like most places off or near freeways that charge you an arm and a leg- sometimes 20 cents more. At night the place is well lit and has easy access back to the freeway. So I just drive up, gas up and go. I have a gold Shell gas card so I get 5 cents discount per gallon. If you link it to a MasterCard and/or Ralph's card then you can get 10 cents off. Costco is still the cheapest but if you're in need of of a fill up late at night then this Shell is the cheaper alternative.
