If you want your paint destroyed, use Edwin. He buffed right through my paint on my hood. Edwin did a full detail on my car, and this is what I came out to. He did not inform me that this happened but instead just told me my car was ready and waited for me to notice. My paint is aging on my 2007 FJ cruiser but otherwise in good condition. I was starting to get some moderate bubbling in my clear coat on the hood, but nothing substantial. Edwin voiced no concerns about possible further damage to my paint, or I would have declined his services. I also was still asked to pay for the detailing service after he caused damage to my vehicle. Edwin did not offer to make it right, instead insisting that it was not his fault. He also refused to provide proof of insurance or a billing address for his business. I highly suggest that if you care about your car, you do not give Edwin your business. In response to Edwin's comment: If you had ANY concerns about my paint and the condition you perceived it to be in, you did not share those with my until after the damage was done. Nor did you get me when it happened. You just told me my car was ready and waited to see if I'd notice. Had you told me this was a possibility, I would have told you not to proceed. I also shared the year of my car with you in the Yelp quoting process, and you voiced no concerns then either. I did not decline going to an auto body shop for their opinion, I declined going to your uncle's auto body shop. Your family's business will not be impartial in the matter. I will be going to an auto body shop, and I am happy to share their opinion and the estimated repairs with you. This is why I asked you for your insurance information that you refused to provide. Your business insurance can determine if this is your fault or not and pay for the repairs, should they determine you caused this to happen. Lastly, yes. I did dispute the charge. Because you told me I had to pay you, even though I told you I did not think I should pay after you damaged my car. So of course I reported that services rendered were not as expected. If PayPal has held the money, that is not on me. I don't have it back either. read more

He gave me such a fair price for doing a deep cleaning, clay bar, wax, shampoo, and he helped me to buff out some minor circular scratches from 9 years ago. This car hasn't been washed or detailed ever since I bought it brand new, and Edwin brought my baby back to life! It was so clean and shiny that I didn't want to drive it! Upon request, I was asked to provide feedback of my experience. I had requested a full detail for this vehicle I just purchased. The car needed significant amount of interior work (ie.floor mats were dirty, passenger floor mat was covered 75% with dirt grime, spills). Detail score: The overall condition went from being a 5/10 to 8/10. Edwin made effort to work the interior which was where the most time spent. The cars condition is about 8.5. The vehicle has some clear coat damage on top which Edwin was honest about not being able to correct. Cons: (Minor issues with my detail experience) 1. Vehicle had some areas both interior and exterior that could have been cleaned up more. For example rear trunk compartments still had dirt and leaves. It was likely missed. There were some other areas that were difficult to catch. My detail appointment rolled over into evening so it was lacking light visibility. I ended up performing additional clean up the following day. 2. More visibility on my actual appointment time. I recommend providing customers with a time block to ensure both parties can manage their time for the day. (I.e. Saturday vs Saturday 12pm-1pm) Pros: Edwin was friendly and very responsive. I was overall content with the detail and the job was above average compared to some other detail services I recieved in the past. My scale reference: 1-damaged needs replacement,unsanitary 3-extreme wear, items are dirty, strong odors, unsanitary 5-dirty, needs deep cleaning, odors, light wear shown on items 7-clean, but pre existing interior scuffs and damage unable to remove, no odors 10- clean, no damage, flawless. Big thank you to Edwin who was able to come on short notice after I spilled rotten milk in my backseat which sat in my 100+ degree garage for 4 days before I noticed. The stench was absolutely horrible and my DIY fixes (baking soda, vinegar etc) weren't cutting it. Thankfully Edwin came to interior detail the whole car and WOW it smells amazing now!!! I didn't check the car yesterday, but upon further inspection the exterior was probably a 16 dollar car wash quality at best. Unwiped grease looking marks and minor sap stains are still all over the place. If it was hard to get off i understand but I wiped it off with my fingers lol, no attention to detail there.
