Almost $500 for the worst service I've experienced. I originally went in for a simple oil change. While I was there, they kept pushing additional services that I didn't really need. At the time I was 37 weeks pregnant and just wanted to get my car taken care of quickly because I knew I would be very busy soon, so I trusted their recommendation and agreed to some of the services. In the end I was charged almost $500, but it appears the cabin air filter was never actually replaced. During the process, debris from the dirty filter fell into my blower motor, and since then my car has been making a clicking noise whenever the fan runs -- a problem that never existed before this visit. When I went back to ask them to check the issue, the person who said he was the manager was extremely rude and forced me to leave instead of resolving the problem. Very bad experience and extremely unprofessional service. I would recommend going somewhere else. read more

I found this place through yelp bc I needed an oil change but also wanted a free carwash. The oil change for my minivan (full synthetic) costed about $130. They were fast! They also checked my air pressure. The real review is for my carwash.. Omar, who worked on my car, was at it for over 30 min! I've never seen anyone so detailed. U can tell when they go back and wipe the small spots they missed. He even made sure the rims were shiny and the interior around the doors were clean. He kept going over the car many times! I thought the car was sparkly already but another impressive thing I saw was the manager walked around the car and pointed out a couple of details to which Omar fixed right away. What do I like about Mission Express Lube? No appointments needed. I stopped by around lunch time and there was no line for an oil change. Per their recommendations I also got filters changed too. I did compared the price for the filters with the dealership and they cost double over there. Also, consider getting a carwash upgrade while you're there. It is much cheaper as an add on. Please note there is a 3.49% fee for all credit card transactions. This fee is not collected by them and it's paid directly to the processor. If this bothers you, bring cash. Thank you to Marlon, Samuel and Mario for working on my car and making sure everything is running smoothly. Also the cashier Marcela is very clear explaining the service charges to me. I really appreciate that because I want to know what I'm paying for. Overall I spent 1.5 hours waiting for my car to be serviced and the part that took longer was the car wash. I went to eat while waiting so it wasn't too bad. If I went to the dealership for an oil change, I would have to drop off my car at 7:30am in the morning and it would have taken hours. I decided to stop by Mission Express Lube and found out that they had my oil, 0w-8, in stock. Yes, I know, I could have used water to save money!! All jokes aside. The price was competitive with other shops in the area, and there was a free car wash included. Just came here for my brother's coolant fluid flush for his Honda civic and I really got lucky on this Friday afternoon. Marlon was the main man that helped me today- efficiently got me in and out in 20 minutes! Given- there was only one person ahead of me when I arrived, so I scored with coming at the right time. I come here not only for the time efficency but also the impeccable honest service. They also charge way less than a dealership would. Marlon and his team Samuel, Jose and Mario all tagged team to get the work done. For a coolant flush, a machine is used to bleed the fluid out and then they put in new fluid. So that also puts my mind at ease that it's done precisely and not with half effort. I also appreciate that they have cameras in the working bay while your car is inside so you can watch them while they work. I've brought my cars here from time to time for oil changes, but the service is inconsistent--both in quality and time. Sometimes you're out fast, other times you're waiting 2-3 hours, especially if you're doing the car wash. The oil change itself was done quickly--around 30 minutes this time--which I appreciated. The staff is fast and responsive, but the pricing is steep. I went with Mobil 1 full synthetic 5w-30, which was $109, plus another $20 because my truck needed 6 quarts. Add a $10 labor charge, and the oil change alone was $139. With a car wash upgrade ($11) and a 3.5% card fee, I was looking at over $150 total. For comparison, their Valvoline full synthetic option is about $90. Be warned: do NOT upgrade the car wash. They'll charge you, but don't actually provide the upgraded service. This has happened to me more than once. I had to follow up several times with the front desk to get it corrected, and even then, I'm not convinced I received what I paid for. You can save the wash for another day, which is nice if you're in a rush. Overall, if you're in a time crunch and just need a basic oil change, this place gets the job done fast. But between the high prices and the wash upgrade confusion, I can't give more than 2.5 stars. read more

This was my first time at Mission Express Lube but certainly NOT my last. I had two caring, kind, efficient people help me. Marlon was my technician and Marcela was the cashier, but also a kind voice that explained everything. Marlon was so kind in asking which kind of oil I wanted, this is a new car to me, and I was unsure but he was able to check for me. He showed me a housing cover that was broken but also told me not to worry, he was able to replace the cover until I could get a new one. I went to get another oil change (my car has an existing oil issue) and Marlon helped me figure out why my car has been overheating- one of the fans by my radiator wasn't working.
