I went through the car wash and it came out just as dirty as it went in!.........................................................

A very so-so experience. I think small businesses should be supported, but I think there are definitely a couple issues that need to be ironed out first with this business. Let's start with the good. I spilled some smelly food on my passenger car seat on Friday night and contacted several businesses to get a quote. Frank was one of the first to respond, offered a fair price, and was available to come out the next morning to help clean my car. He was prompt, professional, and seemed to do a decent job. I tipped him for the service and let the car dry out with the windows down for the next few days, as directed A few days later when the car had dried out, I noticed the smell had improved, but was still present. I contacted Frank asking nicely if he would be able to come back and do a second round of cleaning, stating that I understood that this was just a particularly stubborn food spill and offered to pay him again for his time (I also left it open ended so he could name an appropriate price). This received no response. I followed up again, again to no response. I was turned off by this lapse in communication and went on to seek another company to help do further cleaning - which they did two more times, and with prompt and clear communication. I reached out to frank (the owner) because I needed a interior detail after my dog had a accident in the back seat. Frank was initially very responsive and quoted me $180 for a deep interior detail and a regular car wash. The Good: Initially Frank was responsive when scheduling. My car seats were washed and most stains were removed. My floor mats, dash board and center console were cleaned. The Bad: My issue with my service began when Frank arrived to my house 1 1/2 hrs past the 11-12pm quoted arrival time. I received a text from him around 11:30 asking if he could arrive at 12:30 because he was behind to which I agreed. He did not arrive until 1:30pm and all i got was a simple "sorry". At that point I was already bothered by his tardiness because my friend who was helping me out with handing off my keys to frank had to leave at 3:30. Frank stated that the service would be done in time but he didn't finish until after 4pm. So the entire service took 2.5 hrs which in my opinion feels rushed. Once he began servicing my car he texted me stating that I would need to pay $40 more for pet hair removal something that wasn't given in our initial quote. I again agreed to the increase charge making the charge now $220 for the service. Once I was able to get home to inspect my car after the detail I saw that there were areas that he completely missed or did not clean properly (please see pictures). (1) The area behind the passenger seats was completely untouched and I was able to wipe my hand across and picked up dirt and dog hair. (2) I found dog hair and debris around the seat belts (3) my windows were not properly cleaned and I found soap residue on all my windows and front windshield (4) On the exterior of my car there were stains still not cleaned. (5) I even found leaves and branches in between my back windshield. It really felt as though he rushed through the job due to his late arrival. The last thing that makes me not fully recommend this business is that even when I reached out via text to Frank about my grievances. I was ignored. Flat out ignored. I genuinely wanted to support this small business but their lack of customer service and attention to detail makes me regret hiring this business. Not a full detail!!! Your windshield will not even get touched I guess inside windows are not included also no love an the rims or tires (I had to go to the auto part store for shine stuff) forget the inside of the doors and the soda still on the back of my tailgate. Tons of stuff untouched also paid the $60 extra for claybar wax which didn't get done!!! He will respond to messages but not come through... ***DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME or MONEY*** FRANK & DANAI charge a PREMIUM PRICE for SUBPAR SERVICE. NO ATTENTION TO DETAIL , INSUFFICIENT CUSTOMER SERVICE & THEY GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND. This is a fair and honest review. The last thing I wanted to do is trash a fairly new business during difficult times, but feel it is warranted, if at least, to save another from their unprofessional and deceitful practices. Admittedly, there were red flags that I ignored. I have always had my vehicles detailed. This is by far the WORST and most expensive detail I have encountered. Redflag: Frank only scheduled a 2hr window to complete a full detail. Historically, they take a minimum of 4hrs. Redflag: only 37 reviews (most of which I believe to be fake). Redflag: multiple contact #'s without identifiable VM. VM always full or not set up. Redflag; shows up in house slippers with socks This is what $225, plus tip will get you from Frank & Danai. Areas of both the interior and exterior were not touched. Rims look like I went through a drive through car wash (and this was after I brought it to Frank's attention). Vents left dirtly (see pics) Residue, dirt and grime left on steering wheel. (half-ass job). The residue/gunk is whatever he used to "clean" and failed to wipe off. Makeup also remains on steering wheel, which he may have wiped, but I can get that level of service with a $20 wash. Back of seats/rear trunk not touched. (white chalky substance that was easily removed with my finger. clearly he did not even wipe it down.} Smudges/water spots on all mirrors. Review mirror, incomplete, he wiped the top half, only (residue where I removed a decal untouched: see photo) Bird poop remains on/near gas door and driver's side door. EVERY NOOK & CRANNY was dismissed, unattended or done half-assed. (nooks and crannies, kinda the point of a "detail", no?) Material on doors was not steam cleaned. No fragrance (even though it's part of the "package") Door jams cleaned only within eyesight. interior door jams left untouched. I have given both Frank and Danai ample opportunity to correct the situation. After several texts, and voice call attempts I have yet to hear directly from Frank. I actually had to resort to (*67) to block my caller id to get someone to answer the phone. Only for Danai to respond with "let me call" and "I'll call you back in 10mins". Still waiting on a return call, so I admittedly kept calling repeatedly until she finally answered. Then she was upset that I was contacting her on her personal line and insisted on giving me an alternative # (which is the 4th number I have for these unprofessional rip-off artists. She can't tell me who's number it is other than it's the "company". Seriously question if this is even a LEGITIMATE business! Last week, Frank agreed to a $30 refund which I have spent the majority of my day off, today, trying to acquire. Claiming that the main service was "shampooing the carpet and seats as well as waxing the exterior." but, clearly that is not what he "sold" me upon my initial inquiry. In addition to ALL of this Frank cracked my shifting column, which initially I wasn't really upset about because hey accidents happen, but when you add it on top of everything else... it's NOT OK! Frank deserves more than a five star rating! I cannot emphasize enough how attentive his cleaning skills are! I'm so grateful I called and set up an appointment with an amazing small business rather than a monopoly business. I bought this car from a lady and Frank went ahead and cleaned every single corner of the car. He even polished and cleaned my yellow stained headlights!!! If that wasn't enough, someone hit and ran on my car and Frank was able to removed slightly deep scuffs and make it polished! Update after 2 months that Frank cleaned up my car. Terrible work and service!!. When I first hired Frank I let him know that my car was BRAND NEW I just took out the dealership two weeks ago(at the time). Originally my seats are matte leather black and the middle part is soft cloth. I hired him to clean the car but he DAMAGED it. After Frank finished he TURNED my seats shiny and feel OILY, with cracked areas, and looks old/used up. Also left my cloth feeling RASPY which is supposed to be soft. Keep in mind that my car is a 2021 model. It's been 2 months since and NOTHING has changed. Now half my car looks shiny/oily the other half matte. The reason I'm writing this now is because Frank said that it will come off and I was hoping that someone else can fix his mistakes. However, I hired someone new to shampoo my car seats 3 times, and yet the mistakes Frank made have been IRREVERSIBLE!! Clearly Frank doesn't know what he's doing, I do not recommend you hire him! I wasn't going to post a review because I hate to dump on small businesses but I paid $175 for the worst car detailing of my life. My car detail was done at 4 pm due to constant delay on the Detailer's end and by the time I saw it it was about 6:30pm and dark. My seats were still wet but was told to leave the windows down and it would dry in a day. IT DIDN'T my car smelled like mildew and the worst foul smell for weeks. The cleaning products they used left grime on everything. Some parts of steering wheel are now stained. The seat stains came back after a few days too. And they scrubbed so hard they frayed fabric on some parts Would not recommend at all. read more

RIP OFF! I paid for a complete detail for inside and out. Inside the car he left spots on the leather. Outside the car had scratches caused by his buffering machine. I called him and he argued with me instead of accepting responsibility. Finally he said he would come back and address the issues. Never came and ghosted me. Prior to the service detailing I needed to change the location of my services. Frank was communicative and allowed me to do so. During the date of the actual service Frank arrived on time. For people considering doing the service at their homes remember you have to keep two parking spaces together so that Frank can have the proximity to use his equipment on your car. Frank then gave me an estimate on how long it would take based on a quick inspection of my car. He reassured me that the problem areas I pointed out (my dashboard and my carpet) would be able to be cleaned. Then he got to work, over the course of time I watched him from inside constantly move and adjust. There was never one moment where he wasn't giving his entire attention to the detailing. That was when I knew I would be working with Frank and recommending him to all my people in the future. The cherry on top was when I finally got to see up close all of Frank's hard work. It was beautiful, my car has not ever looked as new and clean as it is now. And the smell inside is amazing, it smells like a brand new car. I could not recommend Frank enough. I'm going to give 2 stars and an honest review. This was the first time I've ever had a full interior detail. I was excited because I just bought a used SUV a few days before and wanted to make sure it was clean for myself and my family. First of all, I get it. I should have double checked EVERYTHING when the job was done, but assumed it was going to be amazing with all the 5 star reviews, but I was wrong. First noticed the a/c vents and glove compartment still dusty and the rear cup holders filthy and untouched. I was mad, but I just let it go. Then something told me to check under the rear seats and bam! It was still really dirty and filled with trash and stains. The icing on the cake was all the spray residue on the windows from all the spraying. Definitely feel like I got ripped off.
