When I first went here, I thought I was going to have to do this wash plus the self service wash to get it clean because of how filthy my car was- the touchless wash literally got it all! The dryer is like any at other cars washes so if you want it completely dry after, I'd just wipe down the remaining drops with a microfiber towel really quick. It's worth noting that even if you don't wipe it down, it does not dry with any of those gross water spots so that's really nice. The self service wash is similar to all the others I've been to with similar pricing. Like all self service car washes, be sure to shoot the foaming scrub brush really quick with the water or soap from the hose in case the person ahead of you got a small stick or something stuck in the brush- this ensures you don't accidentally scratch your car! Grab a pack of microfiber towels from Costco or Amazon and you're good to go! Highly recommend this place - again the touchless car wash is the absolute best. The top tier option gets your car fully clean and the double rinse ensures ZERO SOAP RESIDUE which protects your paint. The car wash failed to turn on, and staff refused to give me a refund.The automatic car wash accepted my wash code but would not start. I tried waiting several minutes and backing up and re-entering a few times; the system recognized that a car was in place but wouldn't start. I received limited help from the gas station attendant who was polite but spoke very little English. He handed me a phone to speak to his boss, who said it was impossible to give me a refund and I should come back "sometime when he's there" in person to get my car washed. I left in disgust. It's a shame because this is the only car wash in the area.

They recently installed full PPF on our GR Corolla, and I'm still blown away by the attention to detail in the install. Not only do they do a phenomenal job on the install - their "post-install" support is the best I've experienced with any shop. I made my appointment 2 weeks prior so the fact that I wasn't made aware of this fee until the night before the service is crazy. I opted to cancel my appointment all together, I'm not a fan of how they manage their business. The staff receptionist people that handle the calls are all very responsive and friendly. They got my car ready when they said it was going to be ready and charged me exactly what the rate said on their website. They have an online report that you can access about what has been done with your car and recommendations on what might need to repaired. I would highly recommend anyone go here for an oil change and anything they need to get fixed. Theres not many of these types of mechanics out here anymore and I am glad I found Juanita Firs 76.
