Work well (water pressure, cleaning agents, brush quality, etc.), maintained (I've never had to deal with failure or something being out of operation), and the entire area is kept clean. I love this car wash- their touch less drive through car wash is the best I've ever been to (and I've been to many across several states). I usually get the best one (about $18) because it has a lot of additions that actually work, including a double rinse which is essential for me. When I first went here, I thought I was going to have to do this wash plus the self service wash to get it clean because of how filthy my car was- the touchless wash literally got it all! The dryer is like any at other cars washes so if you want it completely dry after, I'd just wipe down the remaining drops with a microfiber towel really quick. It's worth noting that even if you don't wipe it down, it does not dry with any of those gross water spots so that's really nice. The self service wash is similar to all the others I've been to with similar pricing. Like all self service car washes, be sure to shoot the foaming scrub brush really quick with the water or soap from the hose in case the person ahead of you got a small stick or something stuck in the brush- this ensures you don't accidentally scratch your car! Grab a pack of microfiber towels from Costco or Amazon and you're good to go! Highly recommend this place - again the touchless car wash is the absolute best. The top tier option gets your car fully clean and the double rinse ensures ZERO SOAP RESIDUE which protects your paint. I've taken everything from our Chevy company trucks to Porches through this wash and have never been disappointed. read more

This car wash is around the corner from my house. I have been here at least fifty times and this place is legit. This place is open 24 hours, really well-maintained, clean and safe Management and ownership are really responsive. If you have a question or feel that you didn't get a good wash or some other issue, they call you back immediately! I have also been offered free tokens in the past by a worker who recognized me as a regular washer. The owner of this car wash is the most hands-on owner/operator I have ever seen and you can really tell how much he appreciates they appreciate their customers. Prices for vacuuming are really cheap; $3.00 gives you plenty of time to vacuum even the messiest car if you pick up all your junk out of the way first. Their hand spray wash gives you much more time than other similar places and MUCH MUCH more time than the rip-off one in Woodinville by McClendon's. I park outside at the Port of Seattle and go a week or more with washes. My car is generally caked with mud and dirt so I always pre-wash it for a few bucks before driving in the self-wash. What a POS of a business. Went in 5 days ago and one bay was broken the other wouldn't accept a credit/debit card. Spent 15 minutes putting cash in the machine because it wouldn't accept half of the bills. Went back today thinking they might have fixed the other bay and the pay machine on the other. NOPE! I used the touch free car wash, to spray off some loose pollen because I was too lazy to spray off myself. For $17 the car was just as dirty as it entered. This is truly a feat, because the car wasn't very dirty and has a ceramic coating that a normal power wash blows most dirt off of. The staff was very friendly, but the equipment hasn't been maintained at all. I watched the car enter before me and the sprayer failed to coat the car with soap and the sprayer sprays everywhere but the car. Do not waste your time of money on this facility. read more

This car wash of course doesn't scrub your car, but it doesn't seem to spray hard enough to be able to clean your car effectively either. After running through the $9 wash, my windshield is streaky and still dirty. It didn't even remove bird poop from my windshield... lol. The sides of the bottom my car and the back were all still visibly dirty and looked untouched by soap, water, spray. I can never figure out this operation for years. Sometimes I go to get my car washed and there is no problem going through the automatic car wash. Lately there has been signs up that's it is "cash only" but you receive tokens as change. A rip off because I've tried to use the tokens for the vacuum or the air machine and they just slide right on through and don't take. There is never anybody in the office to ask questions or to assist. A few days ago I went and it was closed at 10:00 a.m. in the morning I think at this point drive a little bit further with my ashtray full of tokens and find a car wash that is more reliable. I came in today, 10/31 at around 12:50pm, and the car wash indicated that they can only accept cash. I got the basic wash that was in total $9 and I used my $20 bill to pay and GOT NO CASH BACK! This is the fifth time and there was one auto-wash lane open with a sign on a cone saying "Cash Only". They should have said make sure you have exact change, though because it didn't give me change for the $20 I put in. The machine just spit out a receipt with my change amount and a note to see an attendant. There is no attendant on site. I called the number on the ticket and it said the number is unable to be reached. I went online to find the website or some other means of getting my change. Their website won't load beyond a blank screen and the only contact info is their aforementioned defunct phone number. The wash itself was piddling streams of not much product and a poor rinse (far beyond dysfunctional compared to when I had come a year ago and everything worked well). I feel completely ripped off and like this company stole my change on top of it all, since they have left me no way to get it. Best car wash I've ever been too! I've never seen an owner at their car wash so it was kind of shocking to see him helping customers and informing them of all the new things. As I was getting ready to vacuum, the owner, Charlie came over and introduced himself and gave me a couple of tokens and told me about the new carpet deodorizer. I had thought about using the touch less car wash but I hadn't washed my car since like September or October so I wanted focus on the really dirty areas. Charlie came over and suggested what soak to use and some tips. He ended up cleaning the whole car for me instead and used his tokens! He also gave me the $17 touch less car wash to make sure my car was spotless! My car has never looked better! After the car wash I parked in the vacuum spot and was drying off the rims with some paper towels and the manager came over and gave me a towel he'd just bought from the vending machine. I don't think I've ever been this spoiled:) I like doing things for myself so I felt very spoiled lol. Great customer service and clean place (vacuum area and car wash spots). You can also get $5 worth tokens from a big bill and give the change back in 5's. You can get tokens using your credit cards too. read more
