I was enticed by the $25.00 unlimited Carwash advertisement, specifically (The Good,) of the different levels that are available to choose from. I parked in the one guest spot so that I could download the app from the QR code on the sign as you pull in the business. The process was super simple and quick to complete. Once that is done, you are able to pull up to the kiosk and it raises the gate for entry. This establishment has friendly and helpful attendants that will guide you into the wash bay. You will receive a pre scrubbing of the vehicle and away you go. I will have to compliment the brushless wash and how good of a job it did on my vehicle. I have not washed my car since summer of 2025. I was impressed with how clean the tires and rims come out, and the rest of car looked amazing. Also wanted to mention that the car was nearly bone dry upon exiting the wash bay. I love the fact that they provided stations to do a little bit of detailing and vacuuming for the vehicles, towels are also provided as a courtesy , please return them! All car details are set up via the Tommy Club phone app; car make/model, license number and credit card info. Once my trial package expired, I was automatically enrolled in the unlimited "Works" package for $42.99 +tax, for a total of $47.25 a month. As a member, I not only get unlimited washes, I am able to bypass the cashier window and the lines that are associated with it. The gate arm automatically reads my license and allows passage. During the winter month's I pause my subscription via the app "My Garage" feature. Pause selections are 1, 2 or 3 months. I receive an email notification once I am nearing the time-frame of my subscription reactivating. This summer, I referred a friend and was awarded a $15 credit plus one free month of unlimited washes. My friend was offered the first month of unlimited washes free as well. My account was credited after my friend decided to keep their membership past their free trial. Interior cleaning services are free; mat washers and vacuuming. Tommy's is efficient, swift and uncluttered. There are staff members around if one need assistance; otherwise, human engagement is minimal.

The machine works great hasnt messed up my car or anybody elses so fa Traffic moves through quickly. No hard sell for a subscription...I use this place often enough maybe I will maybe I wont. The premises are tidy a,nd clean. Vacuums are FREE! There are no panhandlers or solicitors etc.. Last but not least the workers all seem pleasent and happy and provide great customer service all the way from the folks sweeping emptying garbage cans to the persom processing cards and herding cars ..crew is very pleasent. On a beautiful Saturday the Lynnwood locations car wash was unfortunately closed. Against our better judgement we went to the dreaded Alderwood location to clean our son's car. The car wash started and immediately the middle of the windshield cracked and then spidered into the entire windshield. We reported the incident immediately and took several photos. There was no manager on duty on a Saturday? We then contacted him first thing Monday morning. He insisted we drive the car back where he told us the crack was in the inside...hmm. I guess not only is he a weekday manager but also a glass expert. We have tried several times to get anyone (else) to return our calls to no avail and there is apparently no other manager to talk to at anytime onsite. Our insurance has told us they will not cover it as it is considered third party damage. Not to mention at time of purchase on the inspection of the vehicle no windshield damage was found. So my (Autistic) 16 year old is left with a car that is illegal to drive. Thanks Levine family, we will never use your company again. I took my Tesla through their wash, and their harsh, caustic chemical soaps completely scorched and stripped the black anodized window trim around the entire vehicle. Look at the photos -- the trim is completely ruined with deep rainbow chemical burning and heavy discoloration. This is not just water spots or soap residue; the chemical reaction severely oxidized the factory finish down to the metal. Getting all the exterior window mouldings and pillar trim replaced and repaired is going to cost thousands of dollars out of pocket. When you pay for a car wash, you expect safe, surface-friendly soap, not industrial-grade chemical stripping. If you drive a Tesla or any vehicle with black anodized trim, avoid Aloha Car Wash at all costs. They completely ruined my car's appearance and caused thousands of dollars in damages.
