She did something no one has ever took the time to do for me before. Test the levels of the machine to see what my skin and tolerance level could handle. For instance, level 25 is an average setting a spa would use on a client but being the seasoned adventurer and procedure getter that I am, I was all the way in the high 30s! Imagine what poor results I would have received if she would not have taken the time to determine what works for my skin. The average setting would have yielded poor results on me for sure. I am over the moon with the results of my photofacial. By far and away the best photo facial i have received ever. Right after, I went in for my appointment with CeCe for Botox. She is fan-fan-fantastic! She took the time to discuss my goals (DISABLE ALL MOVEMENT!!) and talk to me about my questions of additional procedures I am wanting to stop the hands of time, rid myself of the wrinkles. Ignoring a concern involving client privacy and misinformation shows a lack of accountability and professionalism. Clients should be able to trust that personal matters and conversations connected to a salon visit remain private and are not repeated or acted on without verification. That trust was broken here, and the complete lack of follow-up made the experience even more disappointing.

She also performs waxing - from brows to bikini. Semia is by far the BEST ever at performing dermaplaning [if you've never heard of or had before do your research first; it's an alternative to microderm and is not at all scary]. There are a few other estheticians in the area who offer dermaplaning; however, the level of education and experience required to perform it safely and effectively can only be gained over the many years of education and experience Semia has. I would never trust anyone else to place a scalpel on my face. And, the results...WOW! After my second treatment with Semia my mother-in-law said I looked 5 years younger since the last time she saw me. *Blush :) As if it could possibly get any better, the treatment includes a relaxing neck and scalp massage. Not only did they not get all the hair there, but they also missed quite a few in areas on my chin that should have been waxed. On my eyebrows, very small areas waxed. There are still eyebrow hairs left where they waxed. I didn't see the problem until I got home. When I called, they refunded my money.
