They did not even bother to inspect the interior or exterior of the house to properly assess the situation. Furthermore, despite my explicit questions, the technician failed to provide any clear explanation of the next steps or how these bait boxes should be managed moving forward. I was left with no instruction or information regarding the follow-up plan. As a paying customer, I find this lack of professionalism and poor communication completely unacceptable. I expected a thorough service and proper guidance, neither of which was provided.

They spray under the entire soffit around the house, all window frames and door frames. They leave 3 mice bait stations outside in the bushes. I called yesterday about a yellow jacket nest in the yard that attacked the man who mows our yard. Todd, the owner, was here at 8 AM today. We found the nest, he treated it thoroughly with a chemical for ground hornets, yellow jackets etc. I offered to pay for another service call as he made a special trip for me. He refused and said "its part of our service." These guys are the best pest control company in the area hands down. The stink bugs and ladybugs are 99.9% gone in between service calls now. Mice are eating the bait outside and staying out of the crawl space too. This pest control company has delivered 5 star service to me from day 1.
