Like every other bride on this planet, I brought my Bridal Party out to Nashville, TN to celebrate my Bachelorette Party. First up on our itinerary? Goat yoga. And for that I have NO regrets. As a California native, I did my research before selecting the best location for me to cross this off my bucket list with my girls and I am glad this was it. They were so accommodating to our schedule and even added an additional class for us (which booked up full with other groups as well). Whether you are into yoga or just love goats, there's no way you won't have a great time here. They have so many goats (all so adorable) running around that everyone gets as much time with them as you'd like. The instructors do a great job accounting for everyone's skill level and they don't get frustrated when an attendee only wants to play with the goats (guilty as charged). All you need to do is show up. They provide the clean mats and all of the necessary instructions to have a good time. Bring your cameras and be alert to avoid goat pee and poop that isn't too messy or smelly (and their crew does an incredible job cleaning up on the fly). I decided to give Shenanigoats Yoga a try after I saw several of my friends adorable post on social media. I mean baby goats and yoga! What's not to like! This experience did not disappoint! My friend and I came here on a rainy Saturday and had the best time! The goats are small and some are even dressed in pjs. They wander around at their will while you are doing a very enjoyable yoga flow. The goats will even jump on your back in poses such as cat/cow and child's pose. As you can imagine goats do toilet themselves at will but there are handlers everywhere to take care of this. It also seems like they must time their feeding schedule with yoga classes because once class started it did not seem to be a problem. I would recommend getting there a bit early as it was a packed house. If you are like me and love to try new things give Shenanigoats a try and after buy one of their comfy shirts to represent them around town. read more

Ok, so everyone was nice and the goats were cute. But, I want to let you know what you're getting into. I really think this should take place in a field. The place was so dirty. Poop everywhere and the mats are not cleaned. My friend got peed and pooped on immediately (goat standing on her back pooping. Then urine flowing off of her back and onto my mat). I backed slowly away as to not frighten the goats and the helper yelled at me for moving bc another goat was pooping on my mat behind me. They did not clean it up. Also people in my group were bruised and scratched by the hooves. No staff offered band aids or anything to clean the scratches. No one complained at the time and we were all smiling. But looking back on it, it was really an unclean experience. Whenever I've seen goat yoga on tv, people are out in a field, where goats are supposed to be, not in tiny garage. After we were done, the very nice and pleasant teacher ate pizza in the garage while cleaning her feet (which were covered in dirt or poop). Just not what I expected. But a good story! read more

We love Shenanigoats! I was having the hardest time trying to craft the perfect team outing activity for work (with a group of about 17) and boy, did Shenanigoats come through! Jamie and her team are an amazing team of humans with an amazing batch of goat friends. My team experienced a private goat yoga class that lasted an hour. During that hour we were able to not only unwind by doing yoga taught by a wonderful and knowledgeable instructor named Amber, but we were also able to participate as we saw fit. No pressure if you're not a yogi! I spent my time cuddling up on a lil baby goat. The atmosphere of Shenanigoats is also super cute. They have a room where you can purchase T-shirts and other merch, and the room where they actually teach the yoga class is so calming + cozy! My team absolutely will not stop talking about how much fun they had doing goat yoga, and how much mental clarity they feel after spending time with those sweet goats. Thank you so much Shenanigoats! Y'all! Goats in PJs!! I scheduled this Saturday morning "yoga" class for my husband and daughter while we were on vacation this past week and it did not disappoint! None of us are yoga people but we had a blast with the little guys. Our class was packed and a few goats were enjoying some sleeping and relaxation time in the sun, so it's not like you have a goat on your back all hour long, but it's still neat to be doing downward dog and look between your legs back at a goat staring at you! Beware, goats do whizz at will. My husband was the unfortunate recipient of some little poo-balls but stay in place and call for "cleanup in aisle three" and a member of the staff will come to your aid! Staff was great, Jaime was able to book us in and was very responsive to calls and emails! Our instructor was awesome, even as the class descended into chaos about 3/4 way through when it was all about the goats. Lastly, be prepared that the yoga mats will get eaten (so use theirs) and know you are on a thin mat on concrete (for easy cleanup in aisle 3) which was a bit painful for my husbands knees. Overall, we had a fun start to our morning but if you're lucky enough to find a coupon, use it!! $25 is a bit steep for all three of us to do again "just for fun." read more
