I was in the neighborhood and had a sore back so I called these folks up and made an appointment. I asked them over the phone whether they took Blue Cross Anthem PPO and they said yes. I showed up and showed them my card and they assured me they accepted my insurance, but since it was a Saturday, they would have to charge me the full $80 and would reimburse me the rest via check. I never received that check. When I called a month later to follow up, they said they don't take my insurance. I told them I never would've gone there if they had told me that from the beginning! Most every one takes Blue Cross PPO, but if they didn't, they could've simply told me so and I would've gone to virtually any other Chiropractor (as most take it). Instead, they took my money and deceived me. So as far as I'm concerned, this place is a total scam. I would give them zero stars, but that's not an option. read more

Mom is 92 years old and has Parkinson's Disease (a long-term degenerative disorder of the central nervous system that mainly affects the motor system). The set up looks pretty cool. Place feels clean. She remained very calm throughout the session. Hoping this will help stimulate her nervous system to help relieve her digestive problem, pain from the waist down and her nerves. Dr. Shen used a infrared light, needles, a device that has colorful cords with tiny clamps (looks like a car battery charger). When the timer goes off on the device, it plays a Chinese melody to alert him. He then removes the clamps and needles and starts massaging the areas where the needles were placed.
