I'm from the Pearland Area and I visited different dealerships in the Houston area, to leave disappointed with their Customer Service, that we couldn't make a deal. I found Gabriel/Jordan on Cars.com as I was searching for my F-250 diesel. I originally just wanted a Lariat, with a sunroof. I had a budget and wanted to stay under that budget! I talked to the Sales manager Cliff, and he had already offered me more for my trade in then any other Houston dealership, and I ended up driving away with a F-250 King Ranch. It had the ultimate package and looks awesome! I highly recommend using Cliff! He's awesome and has a great assistant named Sunny! They are a awesome team and won't disrespect your time with smoke and mirror to get you through their doors!

The service manager assured us that the repair would be complete upon our return, and that he would call us to let us know when our truck would be available. We returned home at the end of January, 2022 --no contact from the dealership during this period- to find that nothing had been done to replace the sunroof. The dealership had our truck for six weeks and nada. The service manager had no explanation for the inaction and in fact got hostile when we asked why we had not even been called during the 42 days the dealership had our truck. To be fair, we were angry as well, but no apologies for the waste of time or the undelivered work. We won't be dealing with Gabriel/Jordan again.

    So I will start by stating I did not purchase my vehicle here but I only brought it in to be…read moreserviced because they are a ford dealership close to my house and I own a ford edge. We were unsure of the issue so we trailered my car here. They let us know what the issue was which ended up having to have computer replaced. So we agreed to have it replaced on Monday..of course the part had to ordered so by Friday they called and said it was done BUT all of a sudden every single part of the brake system needed to be replaced. On Monday they called and said 1 part needed to be replaced and it would be done by Tuesday...on Tuesday they called and said another part needed to be replaced and it would be done on Wed on Wednesday same thing! So on Thursday I was told my car was ready and ended up spending almost DOUBLE the price. Well, when I went in to pay and get in my car it was full of oil in my driver seat, steering wheel, the middle console and my door. I was almost in tears because they had already had my car for 2 weeks. I just paid a whole lot of money to them and they had to nerve to give me back my car so filthy from oil. Now I can say my car was not in tip top clean state but that was from ME. Not some worker who decided it was perfectly acceptable to return a customers car with not only oil stains but left a lipgloss in my seat and almost half a tank less of gas. The only reason I am ok with giving them 1 star is because when my husband did call up...obviously very upset they agreed to have my car detailed..which was done in 1 day and done pretty well. I would have been happy with them just cleaning up their mess and given me back my car. Also, when he spoke to different people he always said they were very nice. I just wish they would have workers to have sense enough to cover the seat with plastic and if they dont have it then at least clean the mess they left. I would never recommend this place for service to anyone. it was a nightmare.

    We were driving down 59 in a motorhome and a front tire blew out. It was 5 minutes to closing time…read moreand I ran over to the dealership and asked for help. The salesman went in and asked if we could stay in the parking lot overnight. The manager said yes so we spent the night and found a tire the following day. The dealership staff were so friendly by checking in on us to see if they could provide any assistance. This was such a great thing to Premier to do even though we were not in the market for a vehicle. However, when that day should come this is the first dealership we will be visiting. They had already closed so we continued home. I called them the next day and informed them. Their sales Manager Brandon called me back and told me to take my vehicle to the nearest dealership and they would "Help get this taken care of". There were major repairs that needed addressed and we were also informed that the truck had blatantly obvious signs of an extreme engine fire. They never informed us of an engine fire before purchase. The dealership was able to pull up the digital records to show the dates the codes were cleared off the vehicle. Right before we bought it of course. After the dealerships communicating back and forth regarding the repairs and issues and Kramer failing to reach back out to me. I had to reach out multiple times to Brandon. He was very accusatory and belittling. He accused me of lying about circumstances regarding the state of the vehicle and miss understanding him. He would not honor his word. He was such a weasel. Again our salesman was awesome but Brandon made this cozy small town dealership feel like we did some sleazy Craigslist deal. I won't buy from here again and I'm telling everyone I know not to purchase from here. Buyer beware!

I was vacillating between the Kia Sportage and the Sorrento so we looked at lots of cars. When I made up my mind, Megan gave me every incentive I was eligible for and one additional incentive. It took a while to seal the deal because I thought I should get the best rate allowed and that required some haggling. The manager came into my signing and showed me the rates I could get depending on a few factors. I have zero remorse about my purchase but I prefer you tell me how much for the car only. Later we can talk about extended warranty and other stuff.

Soon after, my husband received a call from the General Manager expressing his concern and desire to ensure things were made right. He followed through on his promise and this issue was promptly resolved. Although things didn't start off as they should have, we appreciate Demontrond Management for listening and doing everything needed to fix the issue. We are enjoying our truck, we are glad we made the purchase at this location, and we would gladly recommend this dealership to other prospective buyers now that we know superior service and customer loyalty is Demontrond's top priority. ***** Previous 1-Star Review Below ***** I don't see very many reviews for this business so I am not sure how much this will mean to the management staff at DeMontrond, but I wanted it to be known that we aren't satisfied on our last visit. Are we happy with the preowned vehicle we purchased, YES. It's exactly what my husband wanted. Do we appreciate the sales person (you know who you are) withholding the fact there was only 1 key fob until after we signed the contract, NO. When we confronted him about it, he made excuses, was condescending, and unprofessional. We left very unhappy and he didn't care. He said he spoke with "management" and there was nothing they could do for us because they already "gave" us as much discount as they could to fit our budget. This was appalling, considering we paid what the vehicle was advertised and didn't receive any "gifts" or "discounts". ‍ We will solve this by going to another dealership and paying $350-$400 for a second key fob and we'll be fine. But we won't be back to this dealership to do any business. Deceptive selling is no way to build customer loyalty or a good reputation. Try transparency.
