It is a small business run by a nice couple who were willing to work with me and my very specific needs. The cars on the lot are used but they cleaned them up nice and made them look almost new. I didn't have to do a credit application or anything, just brought my money and some documents with me..took no longer than an hour to get in to a new car. Highly recommend!!

Here's why, On April 27, 2019 I put $1200 down on a vehicle and signed on the dotted line. Red flags should have went up when we were told that we weren't allowed to register the car in our name, but the reviews were soooo good I thought that was so minor an issue and it saved me from the tax office. May 16, 2019 Tried to make my payment via the drop slot since the office hours & my working hours coincide. I got a call the next day from Aurora stating that personal checks weren't accepted. That all payments needed to be cash or money order. I thought this was a bit odd, but what could I do. They already had my down payment. Made a trip on Saturday to make my payment. May 28, 2019 My husband dropped my off at work and headed home. He was keeping the car to go pick-up our daughter that day. On the way home the car broke down. (timing chain broke & ruined the engine). The good news was that I had a powertrain warranty through Texan Auto Sales. So, the car was hauled off to the mechanic. I didn't hear anything for several days so I called them on May 30, 2019. I was told it had to be shipped to Houston for repair and that the warranty covered it. I specifically asked about my payment, since it was obvious I was going to need to rent a vehicle I was told by Aurora " I wouldn't worry about it." The following time (up to today) were ME calling 1 or 2 times per week to get updates. While trying to borrow vehicles and renting vehicles. (I'm over $500 in rental fees so far) I called today for another check-in as I don't get called. I spoke with Aurora who informed me that my car should be ready by Monday & I was responsible for paying the $100 deductible for the insurance (warranty company)... HUH? Ok, whatever, I'll pay it. She then told me that I have to have my car payments caught up BEFORE they give me the car back... Ok, despite the what I was told I get that I would owe that money. No problem. But, I have spent a lot of money keeping wheels underneath me for over 2 weeks now. I asked if I could make payment arrangements for the past due so I can have my car. That was a big fat NO. I was told that if I called their insurance company that they have rental re-imbursement up to $300 but Aurora wasn't sure how long it would take for them to get it to me. After quite a bit of back and forth I was told I could speak with Kevin about it but he was going to tell me the same thing. I REPEAT I DID NOT AT ANYTIME SAY I DIDN'T OWE IT OR WOULDN'T PAY IT!!!! Kevin identified himself as the owner and was EXTREMELY rude. He went as far as to say they were doing me a favor by honoring the warranty. There is no help what so ever despite the car they sold me broke down within 3 weeks because they "don't have a crystal ball". Bottom line, so far I've paid $1400 to drive a car 3 weeks and I will have to pay another 2 car payments & $100 deductible to get it back. PLUS my next car payment is due again on Friday. If I don't make this happen, they will keep all my money and have a vehicle with a brand new engine in it that they can sell for a much higher price than what they sold it to me for.... and I'm screwed. Which is what I believe is the end game here anyways. While I'm stuck with this sham of a business for now, you don't have to be... Be warned. THERE IS NO REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! THEY WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU! The owner (Kevin) says he and Aurora MAKE the rules!

    So I will start by stating I did not purchase my vehicle here but I only brought it in to be…read moreserviced because they are a ford dealership close to my house and I own a ford edge. We were unsure of the issue so we trailered my car here. They let us know what the issue was which ended up having to have computer replaced. So we agreed to have it replaced on Monday..of course the part had to ordered so by Friday they called and said it was done BUT all of a sudden every single part of the brake system needed to be replaced. On Monday they called and said 1 part needed to be replaced and it would be done by Tuesday...on Tuesday they called and said another part needed to be replaced and it would be done on Wed on Wednesday same thing! So on Thursday I was told my car was ready and ended up spending almost DOUBLE the price. Well, when I went in to pay and get in my car it was full of oil in my driver seat, steering wheel, the middle console and my door. I was almost in tears because they had already had my car for 2 weeks. I just paid a whole lot of money to them and they had to nerve to give me back my car so filthy from oil. Now I can say my car was not in tip top clean state but that was from ME. Not some worker who decided it was perfectly acceptable to return a customers car with not only oil stains but left a lipgloss in my seat and almost half a tank less of gas. The only reason I am ok with giving them 1 star is because when my husband did call up...obviously very upset they agreed to have my car detailed..which was done in 1 day and done pretty well. I would have been happy with them just cleaning up their mess and given me back my car. Also, when he spoke to different people he always said they were very nice. I just wish they would have workers to have sense enough to cover the seat with plastic and if they dont have it then at least clean the mess they left. I would never recommend this place for service to anyone. it was a nightmare.
