Well, fortunately BOTH of these proved to be 100% accurate; as I was in and out with my new truck in less than 1.5hrs after a clear, concise, to the point, ZERO BS fees, or "surprises" deal. Dressed, however they chose to dress shorts jeans, no professional demeanor, eating a snack tray in the middle of the service department obviously, Bill Fick has a corner on the market in Huntsville. My vehicle engine blew up at 12,000 miles. They had the vehicle for over 20 days and when I ask if they were able to clean the vehicle just wash the exterior they were very put out. We only wash new vehicles was the response from the service advisor. Definitely would not recommend Bill Fick Ford.

I called the service department and spoke to Jacob who made an appointment for me to bring the truck in to be checked. We arrived at our appointment time and contacted Jacob. He was very laid back and listened to my explanation of what I thought was the problem. He said it would be diagnosed the following day and I would be contacted. I received a text message saying they had the truck. The following day, I received a text with a link to a diagnosis page. The link told me what they discovered and recommended fixes. I agreed and picked the truck up the following day. They were able to give me a better price on the overall bill by getting part of the repair covered under warranty. I would recommend Wiesner Huntsville for GM, Chevy vehicle care.

This is the first one that I have been to in Huntsville where someone actually greets you in the parking lot as soon as you pull up and offers to help you, without making you feel like you are wasting their time if your not ready to buy right then. Christian was our sales person. He was so nice and helpful. He did not use high pressure sales tactics at all, and he was just as helpful when we were unsure about whether or not we wanted to buy as he was once we decided to make the purchase. He was very accommodating and he made the whole process very simple. Lamar was our finance manager was just as helpful. He really explained the different packages available, again we went in thinking we didn't want anything extra, but he explained everything to us and helped us to see the value in some of the additional options. I really want to highlight how easy, friendly and low pressure the entire process was. I went to look and left with a purchase but at no point did I feel like anyone was trying to convince me or persuade me to make any purchases that I was not comfortable with. After I the purchase was done Christian helped me set up my phone with my car and he put the license plates on it for me and made sure everything was ready to go. Emails go unanswered, voicemails are ignored, and multiple calls result in being left on hold only to be told, "The GM will call you back in 15 minutes," which never happens. After waiting over two hours past the promised callback time, I had to personally call back myself, only to be told the GM was "too busy" to return my call. I was then advised to drive over two hours to the dealership just to discuss thousands of dollars they owe me. Expecting a customer to leave work early and travel hours for issues your dealership created is completely unreasonable and unprofessional. Over the course of several months, both myself and my bank repeatedly reached out regarding my warranty refund through phone calls, voicemails, emails, and messages left with employees. Despite all of these attempts, there has been little to no response once the refund process was brought up. On top of that, my tags were never sent. When I called about it, I was assured paperwork would be emailed to me so I could take it to the tax office myself. That paperwork was never sent either. And to make matters worse, the mandatory vehicle tracking service included with the purchase was never properly set up. I was never given login credentials or account information. I reached out regarding that issue as well and, once again, was told management would email me the information. That never happened. The level of negligence, lack of accountability, and overall unprofessionalism from this dealership has been unbelievable. General manager Jason Pennel needs to learn the basics of customer service and gain the unheard of concept to him that is accountability.
