Well pic 3 was the replacement bouquet which looks nothing like what I ordered and is actually worse than the first bouquet. I even paid more for the premium bouquet! I will never again use this small business! Just awful customer service. I was trying to avoid the big corporation and give business to the small business owner! What a mistake I made!!

They also always have lots of user-friendly houseplants to choose from. I've had really good luck with the plants I've bought, including some gorgeous orchids.
