Modernized facility. Wonderful staff…read more Well thought out ans seamless adoption process. It is much quicker and more efficient than Pasadena SPCA location. I recommend this location by a mile. They ha e lots of perks that make add value to your new pet adoption, such free initial pet food, coupons (significant diacounts), as well as very reasonable pet insurance. Thank you for helping my wife and I through this process.

Shadow is about 11 years old (my kids forget she's older), has only one eye, and is very easy to recognize. She isn't just a dog to us--she has been part of our family for years. We searched for her every day after she went missing, put up signs, knocked on doors, checked local shelters, and never gave up looking. When we finally found her listing, we learned she had already been adopted. We completely understand that the shelter cannot release the adopters' personal information, and this is not directed at the family who adopted her. If anything, we believe they likely opened their hearts believing they were giving a homeless dog a loving home. Our only hope is that this message somehow reaches them. If you recently adopted a one-eyed black Yorkie named Shadow from Inland Valley Humane Society, please know that she has a family who has loved her deeply for many years and has been desperately searching for her. She has a little Shih Tzu brother named Chewy who misses her, and our home has felt empty without her. Shadow has been with us through so many memories. We were there when she survived a terrible dog attack that cost her an eye. We cared for her, loved her, and watched her recover. She loves belly rubs, makes the sweetest little snorting noises, scratches at bedroom doors when she wants to cuddle, and has a personality that is impossible to forget. If you are the family who adopted Shadow, we would be incredibly grateful if you would consider contacting Inland Valley Humane Society and letting them know you are willing to speak with us. Even if the outcome isn't what we hope for, having the opportunity to talk would mean the world to our family. Shadow, if somehow love could find its way to you, know that we haven't stopped looking and we never stopped loving you. We love you, Shadow.

We had used a local servpro 10 years ago in Norwalk (CA) and I knew the company. What I didn't have last time was Adrian at ServPro Glendora. Adrian the project manager and his team showed up within 45 minutes of my call. They went straight to work to do everything possible to save my floors. Adrian worked tirelessly, side by side with our insurance companies, and remained in constant contact with me to make sure I knew what was happening and next steps. Having Adrian as my ServePro project manager ensured that my disaster was manageable. Thank you Adrian, we would have been lost without you.

When it was brought to their attention, without concern, or requesting to see the photos we have, the owner deflected, immediately blaming us and the other trades who didn't create any debris, and he claimed we waited too long to report it (2 months), even though it was still a closed off construction zone that we didn't access, awaiting materials. Total disregard and disrespect to the condition of our home.
