This airport hotel you literally walk outside the airport to the far left side and there are signs everywhere to get there very easy. When messaging the staff on the app they accommodated my room choice preference too. Breakfast was included but nothing special, they did have that awesome orange juice machine that squeezes fresh oranges. Also love that breakfast is open till 10:30am. The gym was great had cables and dumbbells all you really need. Upon going into my room I received some kind of crackers with a kind note. The room had plenty of room with a mini fridge for use. The lounge didn't have great food either but had alcohol available from 6-8pm. read more

I stated at the Sheraton at Brussels Airport due to its proximity to the airport. It is literally a 1 minute walk from door to door. I had a morning flight out of BRU airport, and wanted a more relaxed morning getting to the airport... which is why I booked a one night stay at the Sheraton. The hotel was very comfortable with clean and comfortable beds. Each room is provided with two small bottles of complimentary Evian water. In the lobby there's also a water dispenser and glass cups to stay hydrated. Despite being so close to the airport, the room was very quiet. I left the hotel around 7:30am, which was right around the time housekeeping was getting ready for their day. Check in and check out was very easy and friendly. The front desk staff were very professional and pleasant. Kudos to them. If you have an early morning flight from BRU airport, I recommend staying here for a little ease and comfort. I definitely felt very relaxed going to the airport as I didn't need to take a train/bus or ride share (let alone wait for it, or potentially miss...). read more

You certainly cannot beat this hotel for convenience, and I would recommend it to anyone on that basis alone. One walks out the front door, crosses the pedestrian street and walks directly into the check-in area. I would not be surprised if it was someone who stayed here who invented the term "easy-peasy" after their experience with the hotel-to-terminal transfer process. Even the COVID test facility was an easy walk from the hotel. While convenience is the major selling point for this hotel, for those who care about the other features that should be part of the hotel offering, there are some additional things to point out as well. The hotel was not only easily accessible from the terminal but also from the parking garage. The lobby appearance is quite nice with pleasant decor. It features a mezzanine which brings with it a high ceiling to give the lobby a spacious feel. My check-in and check-out experiences were quite efficient and the people with whom I dealt were very professional and courteous. The self-serve convenience area in the lobby is a nice touch9 as well. I was assigned a room on the 4th floor overlooking the top of the parking garage with a view of the airport runways. There were several people on the top level of the garage taking photos of the plane departures. I was quite happy with this as the room was decently spacious, the work area was sufficient and the bathroom was adequately maneuverable. The WiFi functioned well throughout my stay. The bed was comfortable and allowed me to sleep well. The environs were quiet also facilitating good sleep. The one thing that was not as good as I would have liked was the restaurant. This was a case of the location being a double-edged sword since it was not easy to get to any food service places outside of the immediate airport area. Gulliver's restaurant in the lobby is the only facile option for hotel patrons. It's not bad, but it's nothing particularly special and it's rather expensive (41€ for a normal dinner without starter or dessert). That's typical of restaurants at higher scale hotels, but this is a slight blemish on an otherwise very good experience. One issue with deciding against staying at this hotel in the past was expense. This stay was 119€, VAT included, which was quite reasonable. This, to me, represented an excellent value. As a Marriott Gold member, this hotel was up to my expectations. I will certainly stay here again if the prices remain reasonable. read more

One year later, another stay, and a nice, consistent experience! I attended a conference in Brussels last year (2019) and chose this hotel since it was right on the airport property and my flight was departing early the next morning. What better place to stay, you do a quick check-out, exit the front door, walk across the street (no cars since they blocked off the car traffic due to a bombing that occurred several years ago), and the British Airway check-in counter is right inside the door! So deja-vu this year, I attended the same conference, had an early morning departing flight, and it was a no-brainer decision! The front desk service is excellent! Friendly service, efficient, accommodating; both at check in and at check-out. They anticipate needs and make recommendations for you! Dining facilities are adequate and both times I ate at Gulliver's. A bar/cocktail area with a somewhat limited selection of food and adequate selection of beers, wines and other beverages. But for my needs, just to have a snack and drink, it was more than adequate. Rooms are clean. Bathroom actually has a bathtub to soak in, in addition to a stand up shower stall. No mini-bar however. But a nice table for workspace, free Wifi, convenient USB/power plug in points - so more than adequate if you need to get some work done. So if you're looking for a convenient hotel right on airport property, don't want to worry about traffic and transportation to the airport to make your flight, why not give this place a try? A very decent Sheraton facility, good service, convenient location, and competitively priced for the level of accommodation. I've been to this hotel approximately a dozen times over the years. It hasn't changed! It's so convenient being by the airport. Nice check in. Lounge is closed. Got two snack vouchers & six drink vouchers for the bar. Super comfy bed and pillows in room. This Sheraton gets way better reviews than the newer Sheraton downtown (I've stayed at it also; meh). Flanders (airport area) is green zone now and downtown brussels is stilll shut down. I'm still a huge fan of Sheraton properties despite Marriott ruining the Sheraton Gateway LAX. I took a star off cause of the awful customer service at the restaurant. read more

Absolutely horrible experience. This hotel was probably built circa 500 AD and it still has the same layout and furniture. Bed was noisy, internet was slow, streaming devices not allowed, basically nothing works well. Restaurant on site has horrible service. English is barely spoken/understood. This is a great hotel when you need a place to stay before your flight. It is very close to the airport and has a nice buffet breakfast. The concierge is very helpful and suggested a great dinner spot for us in town. He was spot on! The rooms are very nicely appointed and many of the rooms face each other since there is an internal courtyard of sorts. The most positive aspect of the Sheraton at Brussels Airport is that it is at the airport - just across the street from the terminal. Very helpful and friendly people working at the reception! Good clean room with a modern design. Nice bathroom products (I always pay attention on this in the hotels). I enjoyed lotion's smell... It was so good (mandarin and mint). Spacious lobby. You can plan your meetings here. Extremely expensive room service. They don't have a pool. Regarding the food - I normally like food in Belgium but not in the restaurant of this hotel. I had a fish soup for lunch - it was salty and flavorless. I ordered Caesar salad with chicken for dinner - it didn't taste right at all (What can one do to ruin this simple salad??) Ultimate in convenience, directly across from the Airport. Main entrance outside on open pedestrian court across from departures, and convenient elevator access across from arrivals. Concierge desk will hold bags prior to check in an checkout. Other than cost, I really like this hotel... very well thought out rooms. Pull out desktop, outlets that will take all types of international plugs with a big warning 230 volt over the US plug...lol. There is even a outlet inside the room safe so you can lock up and charge your laptop. Restaurant is excellent, great bière and wine selection. Wine a tad pricey per glass. Hint: if you're staying here you can buy bière and wine at the market in departures at a very reasonable price. Train station on bottom floor of airport. The Sheraton Brussels Airport Hotel is an excellent choice. First and foremost, I had a direct flight from the US and was delighted to find the hotel was in the airport complex. There is no airport shuttle needed. This is a huge factor for me because I am always in a rush and waiting for shuttles and taxis can be time consuming. The rooms are magnificent with fast wireless internet and first-rate appliances. The beds are welcoming after a long flight. If you are debating between a regular room or a club room, I found the club lounge very beneficial with attentive staff. The lounge includes breakfast and all day sodas, juices, etc. I even ordered room service in there for dinner. The food is excellent and FAST with quality as their priority. Last and not least, the train to Brussels itself was close. I took a direct train from the airport into Brussels and it took about 20 minutes. I was able to sightsee and experience a bit of culture on my one night layover. Choosing this hotel is a good decision and time saver. I can't wait to come back.... read more

Location location location Talking to the arrival terminal is fantastic for early AM flights! And it's literally across the street, no car, taxi, uber, help needed. Rooms are quality. What you would expect from a Sheraton. I've only stayed one night, but travel to Belgium regularly for a project and plan to be a regular (on travel days). My one complaint, the bed was on wheels and moved around a bit when you got in it or moved while in it. I'm sure it was just my bed which was probably not locked out. I have not tried the meals. I walked over to the terminal to check out the options and ate there. Not sure what posed me to buy airport food. Tip: There is a small grocery in the airport! read more

This hotel is direct opposite of Brussels Airport Terminal Building and has a huge lobby area which is perfect for meetings. I like it for "fly-in-fly-out" meetings an the airport and sitting here group members can easily join later or leave earlier. Here you get all necessary drinks or small pieces of food. Nice hotel with its price The service at check-in was a bit slow, taking 5-8min per person! The rooms are very nice. Clean, smelling fresh and I love the comfortable boxspring beds. It is one of the best beds I ever had in a hotel. yeah I know taste varies, but I like them ;-) The give you 1h free Internet, 24h is 10Euro The hotel is right next to the airport, reachable by foot. Still my room was very quite. Ok usually there are no flights during the night, I know, but I didn't hear the early flights either. The breakfast is ok, but definitely not worth the price! If you only want to grab something small, go to the supermarket across the street in the terminal. I stayed here on a Saturday night after flying in to Brussels from the USA. It's directly across from Zavantem International Airport in Brussels. If you are only visiting Brussels you could easily stay here and just take the train back and forth to the city and never have to drive here. The staff is friendly and all speak English very well. There isn't much of a view from the hotel but it's a nice hotel inside, typical of a Sheraton. I had a club level room with a king sized bed. The room was very comfortable and very clean, probably the cleanest hotel room I've ever had! The club room is also very nice, and supremely comfortable to spend time in. It has both computers and a printer, a coffee machine that creates coffee, espresso, caffe au lait, and cappuccino as well as providing hot water. There is a decent selection of tea and hot cocoa too. They have beer on draft, wine in the evenings and fruit, yogurt and snacks all day long. Supposedly there is breakfast too between 0700 and 1030 but when I came in at 0915 Sunday morning there wasn't anything other than the same snacks from the night before. I was too tired from flying Friday night and not sleeping to venture far from the hotel for a meal so I tried Gulliver's restaurant in the hotel. The service was good, I never wanted for anything. Please keep in mind this is Europe not the US, you're expected to take time to enjoy your meal and drinks. They give you time to finish your appetizer and let it settle a bit before they bring your entree. I had the mixed salad as an appetizer. I also received a basket of rolls (two different types) and butter. The salad was very fresh but the dressing was pretty blah. I ordered the Greek pork which was a special that night. It was scrumptious! Tender and juicy and full of flavor as was the sauce. I'd eat here again if I ever stay at the Sheraton again. If you decide to stay here keep in mind their least expensive rates are on the weekend as most of their customers stay here for business. Zavantem is a business center for Brussels, most of the big banks and companies are based out here instead of the city center. The Sheraton is a great place to start or end your Belgium visit. read more

I'm at the Sheraton at BRU airport right now. This place is not at all up to the standards one would normally associate with a Sheraton. It's oldish, and stuff is broken. Also, they charge 24 Euros for access to their fitness center (!!) and 15 euros for a barely usable 1mbps wireless (you can "save" by buying basically a dial up connection for 10 Euros). In my case, the shower head is not working. It just sort of trickles. I really like to take a nice long shower after traveling on an international flight so this irks me. I called the reception and they hung up on me (probably by accident but I redialed and no answer). The concierge told me there's no maintenance person available, sorry. So I'm SOL. You can walk to the terminal from the hotel which is cool and the only BRU hotel that's close enough for that (all others use shuttles). Unless you really, really want that feature though, there are better choices (especially for the price) near BRU. EDIT: I was contacted by the manager of the hotel. Turns out the fitness center access is free, the front desk staff was just trying to tell me that it's open 24 hours, not that it costs 24 euros to use. Also, she said that they will renovate all rooms and upgrade the WiFi by February 2013. I think if that all comes to pass the Sheraton should be a great choice again due to its proximity to the terminal. read more

Very nice hotel. The spacious room and bathroom was very welcome after a long, tiring flight from Los Angeles. All I wanted was a hot bath and a large, comfy bed and that's what I got! Also, you can't hear the planes even though you're literally a couple steps away from the Brussels airport. Very convenient when you just need to relax after your flight before continuing with your journey! Check in is usually a little slow for some reason and wi fi is a little slow too. The hotel is across from the airport, but you still have to walk outside to get across. Going to the hotel, it was raining. Returning to the airport, it was snowing. No escaping the weather. On the positive side, the bed was awesome: a very comfortable mattress with a thick, cushioned mattress cover, excellent down pillows, and thick down comforter. On the negative side, the room was very dark with insufficient lighting. There were not enough power outlets for charging my devices. The room was very cold and the heater did little to warm the room. The television had mostly news channels and only 1 channel in English. Breakfast was not included in the price. The worst part of the check in process was that they would not allow for early check in. The listed check in time was 3 pm; my flight arrived at 8 am. The manager spent 10 minutes trying to up sell me to an executive suite for 45 Euro, which would grant me early check in (by noon) and free breakfast. After 10 hours of flying, I was not interested in his sales pitch, but he persisted. Other than location, there is no reason to stay at this hotel. read more
