I called Spaces to help me move and the employee that answered the phone was polite, professional, and immediately got me set up with a date and time. On the day of the move they showed up a few minutes early and had the truck, dolly, carts, and blankets ready to go for me right when our appointment was scheduled. They brought 2 guys to get everything moved which I thought wasn't going to be enough. These two young men had my entire home packed in the truck within an hour and a half which was incredibly quick. They even went back with a broom and cleaned up the old house which I thought was above and beyond what was expected of them. When we arrived to the new home, they had everything unpacked and in the house within about an hour. They used blankets and plastic to help eliminate bringing any dirt in to the house. After everything was set up the one employee packed up the truck while the other inspected the house for any dings or nicks on the walls or floors. These guys were so good they didn't touch a single wall while moving multiple appliances, couches, dressers, beds, and various large sized items. I can't believe how quick these guys were and if I ever move again I will 100% be calling them. I'm referring them to all my friends, family, and coworkers.

Misleading Return Policy and Poor Communication…read more I visited this store to try out several online mattress brands. The owner was helpful and recommended the blue Winkbed model as the best option among the ones I was considering. I specifically asked if I could return the mattress after the 30-day trial period, and I was told yes. Inside the mattress box were marketing materials from the manufacturer clearly stating a "no-hassle 30-day free return policy." After 30 days, I contacted the store to initiate a return. The employee who answered couldn't help, so I called the number listed on their website under "Contact Us." I was then told that only the white Winkbed model was eligible for a full refund--not the blue model I purchased. This specific detail was not disclosed at the time of sale, despite my direct question. In fact, the owner discouraged me from buying the white model due to quality concerns. The paperwork stated, "reselection only," which I was told was added for transparency--but that term is vague. Why not just call it what it is: an exchange? To make matters worse, the owner commented that I had reached his personal line on his day off. How are customers supposed to know your schedule? And if you don't want to be contacted on a personal line, why list it on your website? Ultimately, I was allowed to return the mattress, but I had to pay nearly $700 plus a $70 pickup fee. Overall, very confusing and I felt misled and disappointed. The store did not honor the manufacturer's return policy and relied on unclear paperwork instead of honest communication. Buyer beware: Don't fall for flashy mattress brands that spend heavily on advertising. If you want quality and transparency, purchase from a manufacturer with a long history in the industry who produces mattresses that are not compressed in a box. You're better off going straight to the source or choosing a local company like Original Mattress Factory. I wish I had and saved myself money and stress.

The pieces seem expertly selected and are in great condition. During my many visits I found all kinds of gems - earrings, palo santo, and more.
