When I was ready to purchase, my partner and I were able to spend time lying on our top choices before making our final selection. The return policies were clearly outlined before purchase. I appreciate that the Original Mattress Factory does not resell returned mattresses after being in someone's home as I am guaranteed a new mattress. I also purchased two of the pillows sold by OMF and they are the very best pillows I have ever used. I have a neck problem and this is the only pillow that offers the support that I need and keeps its shape after a night's sleep. The pillow is so soft and comfortable too. It's definitely worth the investment. The premium mattress protector is great too. I like that it's water-proof yet soft and breathable. I'm perplexed by the negative reviews. Even delivery individual was frustrated on how looked. Back of couch did not align and front seems were off. Week later sent out a repair tech. He was pleasant tried to fix because said Levin would not replace a custom order. If I had ordered stock couch, they would have replaced?? Same problem but out of luck because spent more $! Tech drilled into new couch to move connector and improved Top appearance but bottom of couch offline. Noticed two days later that the corner piece (next to) is now off line and huge gap on top of couch. Customer Service Crystal called and said that "meets manufacturer deviation" so would do nothing to correct and refused any type of refund. I spent alot of hard earned money and according to Levin I just have to deal with. Would love their sales and customer service to work hard for money, receive crap and just be stuck with it. Never seen worse customer service. Save yourself the headache and money and shop anywhere else. The couch is from England Furniture Company so stay clear of them as well!
