Absolutely loved my stay here! This hotel has excellent service and staff. They really went above and beyond ensuring my stay was comfortable. The rooms are pristine and comfortable. I loved the view of the pool! The amenities were also great. I loved their gym - even though it's small, it has a lot of what you need. Note that the lockers are only for members, not general guests. The bar was my favorite part. They make excellent drinks and carry Filipino craft beer. The bartenders are excellent conversationalists.

We decided to try this hotel out which is very close to the airport terminal 3. We usually stay at the Marriott but gave this place a shot and we are glad we did. This hotel is newer & has great service. The room is very nice & the modern. My room had no tub but we never really use it anyway so we didn't mind. We love the lounge here better. It's not as crowded & food & snacks were great. I think this will be our new go to place. Also it's an easier access to resort world mall.

A brand new hotel, close to the airport terminals that offers excellent service and state of the art amenities. If you want to stay close to the airport, just pick this property. The drive into the city will take a while but it's worth avoiding the rush getting back to the airport. A shuttle to the airport runs every hour at 40 mins past the hour. The newly renovated rooms are great. The third floor has the gym and pool access. The temporary Club Lounge is on the Mezzanine and offers breakfast and cocktails. Service is exemplary! Food ordered thru room service was good on day 1. Kare Kare and the beef soup on day 2 were wrong choices. However, service was a winner on both days. You cannot go wrong with Asian hospitality. Will I return? : Heck yeah!

This was an extremely pleasant stay. All setup by Jeck the overnight duty manager. He is a consummate professional. Extremely helpful and even dropped a Manila tourism brochure to my room after check in. All staff were excellent especially in the 10th floor lounge as well. Room was large and comfortable . I felt very welcome

Super nice building - the art and architecture are top notch! We stayed here for a single night in-between flights, but no no no - even after jet lag and no sleep on a plane - I could not sleep here. There's a light flashing every five seconds on the ceiling. It's like a fire alarm or some sort of safety light. ? Too exhausted to start it up with the front desk and the rest of my family has managed to sleep through it so I solder on. If I go down there and complain some stranger will be in here toiling at 3 am while my family is annoyed and sad, so I will use Yelp and my armchair psychologist to complain and pray to. Buffet was great. Staff was kind enough but this flashing light shall be my Sheraton Albatross, blinking into the abyss for all and forever. Like a single star (review) flashing in the night sky. Blink. Blink. Blink. Updating this review, having now stayed at a few places in the Philippines, I think the blinky green lights is a thing because all the carbon monoxide filters have them all through the night no less. So I simply can't downvote this hotel because of that.

Still under construction, and already one of the best hotels I've stayed at. Free shuttle transfer to/from airport, lounge and pool will be finished soon, and of course, service is above and beyond. Brand new, spotless, and the internet is excellent. Worth a stop, especially if you're Marriott Rewards Platinum.

Las Vegas them pool. Lively music, swim up bar.

The hotel is located next to a large mall. We got to the hotel at about 9pm and were ready to check in quickly and get a good night of sleep. There was nobody waiting at the check in desk, but the process was extremely slow-- I am not sure if it was the front desk computer or the key system. After some time, our keys were finally ready and we were escorted to our room. The room was nicely appointed, although the room felt tight. We did have an amazing view of the water, unfortunately the view was skewed due to the construction going-- unfortunately the construction will be going on for a while. We were also disappointed with the finishings in the room, they seemed a bit outdated and worn. Given this is a Conrad hotel, we expected the quality of the room to be higher. Also, the room did not have a bathtub. The room did have a nice size shower that was a bit complicated. Despite the room being small and outdated, the bed was excellent. The bed was extremely comfy with nice fluffy blankets. The hotel does have a nice pool. The pool is very clean. We were at the hotel off season-July, so the pool was not too crowded. The pool is small so I could imagine the pool be super busy and perhaps a lack of chairs during busy times. The hotel also has a nice gym on the first floor. The gym is appointed with a good amount of equipment. The equipment is nicely spaced to provide room to move around. As diamond members we were offered breakfast in the lounge or in the restaurant. The restaurant has a large buffet for breakfast, so we elected to eat there-- best to go super early before the restaurant gets busy. During prime time, you may have to wait for a seat. We were fortunate to grab a seat with a view. The restaurant offering were wonderful. As diamond members we were offered a special menu. The special menu offered special drinks and food items. All of this is included in a menu. The buffet was nice, but the service could be better- drink orders took a while. Plus, tables around us were not cleaned readily. We did not like having our breakfast and looking at dirty dishes. On the executive floor, there is also a small executive lounge that is offered to gold and diamond members. They offer breakfast, snacks and happy hour. Lastly, the hotel offers good security. When you arrive, they check your car. Plus, you have to go through additional security when you walk into the lounge.

It's packed with traveling Japanese, Euros and Australians in the city to party. More than sufficient for an overnight stay. I am writing a blog for great and reasonable travel in Southeast Asia and this Thai based company, is expanding in the Japan, Malaysia,Thailand and now the Philippines markets is one of the leading contenders in reasonable housing. The other value-added service here is the car pickup from MNL to this hotel. Its the cheapest around about 1100 Phil. pesos round trip (about $22). A person shows up at the airport by baggage claim with your name on a sign, just like a regular limo service. The car is an economy car unless you want to limo. That costs more of course. You can book through the travel desk at this hotel (a 3rd party company) to the right of the checkin desk. Or email the hotel ahead of time. It takes about 24 hours to confirm your airport pick up. Verdict: Enjoyed it for an overnight stay. Will use again if i come in on a late night flight and leaving the next morning. At around $80 american isn't bad, for a comfy bed, with airconditioning, hot shower, and a quick nap time til 0430,, why not? A little bit of refreshing goes a very very long way and it's definitely good for the traveling spirit. Specially when you have another flight at 0810. An airconditioned shuttle to and from the hotel is provided and is complementary. The spacious Suzuki people carrier came to pick us up that night. The driver greeted us warmly and even helped us with our bags. Upon arrival to the hotel, two bell employees helped unload the van and helped us carry our bags up 2 flights of stairs and escorted us to our room. The rooms had two beds (one single, one full), air-conditioning unit, a fridge, two chairs and a little table and a window. It also has a bathroom with hot shower, a toilet, and a sink with a mirror. This hotel is hella complete as far as I'm concerned. If you're looking for a posh place to stay, then I suggest you shell out posh hotel money. Other than that this place is all I need and plenty more. I had a great short night stay here. Thank you very much Siayan Hotel for a quick night stay. I'll probably see you again next time.

Plus, as a diamond member I typically stay at Hilton hotels. As a diamond member we were provided access to the executive lounge which was useful while we waited for our room to be ready and after check out. Plus provides an opportunity to bypass the normal check in, which is great during busy times. The lounge is offered to gold star members and above. I would have rated this hotel a 5 star experience but had some hipcups. First of all- we requested in advance early check in. When we arrive several hours ahead of check in- we noticed they could not accommodate this request immediately. They said the room would be ready shortly, so we waited. We assumed that they would prioritize our room in preparation and be ready within an hour. After waiting an extensive amount of time, we learned that the wait would be several hours. We felt mislead and frustrated. We could of spent this time doing something in manila rather than waiting in the lounge. When it came time to check out- we asked for a late check out due to our flight departure time-- We learned that they could not accommodate this even though I was a diamond member-- As a diamond member they typically offer a 2pm check out. Given that the hotel was not sold out that day, I believe they could of provided this to us. Lastly, I had to request an upgrade- normally Hilton offers me an upgrade due to my status. Beyond my customer experience- the lounge was not well managed. The lounge was very loud-- kids screaming. Large families coming in-- usually lounge is limited to how many per a room/reservation can come in. Guest were on their phone and their ipads-extemely loud. I find this funny, as when I checked in the desk told me about what clothes are acceptable for the lounge but noise level is acceptable???? Due to these poor customer service experiences, I downgraded the number of stars provided to this hotel. Customer service is everything- be up front with your guest. On the positive side- The room was very clean and nicely appointed. The waitress in the lounge went out of her way to provide me fresh orange juice when it was not fresh juice squeeze day. The employees at the pool bar were excellent- great customer service.
