I stayed here for my 30th anniversary recently (January 2020) and had a fabulous stay. The hotel is gorgeous! Lots of marble all around. Its clean and convenient. The lobby is very tasteful and luxurious. I reserved a jr suite and was very pleased. Its two rooms with a kitchen counter/mini refrigerator, and 1.5 bathrooms (shower and tub). The bed was super comfortable, lots of fluffy pillows and comforter. I slept very well as it was very peaceful. This particular suite had a gorgeous view of the pool. Lots of space to spread my things out so I appreciated that. Naturally, it came with cozy robes and slippers. The marble in the bathrooms was beautiful with beautiful details. The lobby area is very beautiful as well and there is a nearby bar, two restaurants, various sitting areas and a Starbucks. The conference rooms are all nearby in various sizes. The guest lounge is secured access only and had very good food. The warm breakfast was substantial and you can eat heartily if you desire. Or you can have pastries and fruit. There are also afternoon warm and cold snacks. I like their touch screen coffee machine because it can make your order any way you want your coffee. Hot milk? Decaf? Latte or cappuccino? It does them all. There are attendants who are helpful if you need help. The lounge has a television if you want to watch tv in a group, but my suite had two tv's as well. The lobby staff was very polite and attentive to anything I requested. I highly recommend that you make an advance appointment to the massage services as soon as you arrive. I recommend the deep tissue massage as it was very relaxing. So impressed. Extremely clean and modern. Looks brand new. It is the most friendly place to take your Asian American parents and still be perfectly happy with its Marriott side. It is situated perfectly in SGV, next to delicious spicy food like Malubianbian and Dalongyi. Or Ranch99 with ample Tesla charger. There are robots that actually work, will take your luggage to your room, for free. It even says in Chinese it is free LMAO. It's kind of considerate to Asian travelers who aren't used to the tipping culture. And a Chinese restaurant in the lobby called Opal and a starbucks for the jetsetters. My friend was so impressed that they have a microwave in the lobby to help the guest out. Amazing. Parking is easy, and cheap, self-service. Room is huge. Life on the road can be challenging at times. Hotels are generally a big staple in my travels. Finding one that checks all the boxes is hard to find. This hotel does just that for me. Walking in, you can see and feel the cleanliness. Staff is uber friendly and helpful. I had a suite during my stay and man was I happy. Walking in there is a guest bathroom immediately when you walk in. As you walk in further you see where your sink and fridge are. They are just steps away from the couch and tv. In the other room was the bedroom w/ such a comfy bed. Then there is the large bathroom w/ bathtub and large walk-in shower. The internet works easily and is fast. The smart tv allows you to login to your netflix, hulu, etc. Parking is $15 a night. It's located just a mile away from the 10 freeway. The lounge offers refreshments throughout the day. My first time staying in the San Gabriel area and I love it. This Sheraton is very convenient, surrounded by many Asian restaurants and shopping centers. The hotel itself is well maintained and seems clean. The front desk staffs are very friendly at check in. Arrive at 11am and they were able to give me my room right away, without charging extra. I was originally told that check in before noon would be subject to an extra $75. I requested an upgrade to the Club Level and they charged me $50/room, seems fair to me. The Club Level is on the top floor, full access to the Club Lounge, 6am-10:30pm. The staffs were always friendly and very attentive. The lounge is clean. The only suggestion is that they can offer more snack choices other than just fruits, peanuts and granola bars. The pool on the 2nd floor is narrow shaped and small. During my stay, my family was always the only one utilizing though. The landscape surrounded is beautiful. The gym is spacious enough, still my family was only party there during our visit. Taxi ride from hotel to LAX is about $100, but the front desk can get you their frequently utilized cab driver for $80. read more

Stayed here twice in the past year and my last experience left a lot to be desired. Nobody came to clean our room one day. Ok, might just be a fluke so we called ahead the next day when we went out. Came back to the room and it was also unclean. Second, never use the stupid robot. It only go to the first floor and not even to the front door. It also took forever. Wow! I never leave reviews for hotels while I travel but I had to mention the Sheraton. As a Bonvoy member I have stayed at multiple brands and this one can live up to some of the 5 starts out there. Start off by the friendly parking attendants and then greeted by the front desk agents. I was lucky enough to get a young gentleman with glasses..wish I looked at his name. 5 star service and beyond friendly. Very clean and well manicured grounds. My biggest enjoyment is when u go to your room, beautiful rooms with even better amenities in the bathroom and shower. Enjoyed the brand of lotion and shampoos. Will definitely return. read more

It was a five star stay to be honest. Check in was easy. But then we were told the robot was the only option. And the robot closed and took off before we were done loading up. And now, an hour later, we are waiting for the robot to be routed to the lobby. We missed Father's Day brunch. You can't give that back to us. read more

I booked this hotel for a business trip to the area for a 4 night stay. I arrived and was greeted by a very friendly asian woman at the front desk and was treated very professionally. I was excited to stay here - right up until I was notified at check in that housekeeping services were not being performed. I am a good tipper and love tipping housekeepers because I was a housman in a hotel when I was in high school and have a soft spot for housekeepers and how hard they work. I really loved the hotel's rooms and aseathetics. I forgot Marriott isn't offering housekeeping but still charging their normal rates. In my opinion, it's certainly fair to not offer those services, but please don't charge me the market rates when I'm not receiving the normal services, including housekeeping. The hotel is saving money on staffing, and not passing that savings onto the consumer. Also, the guests have now stay in dirty rooms for days on end. If you're going to put the employees over the guests, fair enough, but don't expect every guest to be happy about this. Given the stresses travelers and business guests are going through, adding to that with not cleaning the rooms, just makes traveling that much less desirable. Marriott shouldn't expect those of us who are loyal customers and Bonvoy members to stick with them through this "pandemic" and not look elsewhere for better service from other hotels. I never like leaving reviews lower than 4 or 5 stars but sometimes they are necessary. read more

Beautiful property, clean rooms, service was ok. Lobby and hotel itself have a luxurious design that was a pleasure to wander around in. Parking was very secure and convenient. They have done a great job with this hotel, despite the area where it's located. The fitness center was a highlight, with plenty of room and options for cardio and strength. Neighborhood is not the nicest, but some great Asian restaurants nearby, if you look on Yelp. Disappointed there was no hot tub or cell service in my room. Came here for a wedding and it's a very new, very nice hotel. I even went to the 6th floor and there is a lounge and open spaces/couches which make it feel home-y. I am never in this part of town, but the food for the wedding was good. It was a 10 course Chinese meal. The ballroom was also very nice. It's a great place to have a wedding and parking is not too bad (compared to LA prices). Service during the wedding was good. Worst experience I've ever had! We asked for front desk to help us to get a SUV cab to the airport, 30 mins passed by, she didn't even call the cab for us. Then she used her phone to call the Uber for us, and asked me how am I going to pay her? Excuse me lady?? You need to relearn all the proper way working in the hotel (professional hospitality). The manager came help, then the front desk (Chinese/ long hair young lady) came out and started yelling at us. I have a kid right next to us. This is how you treat your customers?? Your management and you need to get fire!! Have some manner and respect! Perhaps your customer service is by yelling at the hotel guests. read more

A hotel built 11 months ago in San Gabriel, January 2018. The hotel is beautiful, ambience is great, however the location makes you feel a little claustrophobic since it's in the smack dab of little china town; constructed mini malls soon to be. The hotel has more so of a "square" shape to it with a court yard in the middle, so if you're unfortunate and have a room located right on the other end there is no "cross-bridge" that cuts through, which means you might have to skip cardio day at the gym since you'll be walking quite a bit, especially if you're carrying luggage. The halls are wide and modern. The view is not so great if you're facing the courtyard, which you'll have plain view into other rooms, including a glimpse of another occupancy with their clothes drying against the window...lol - feels a little claustrophobic if you ask me. If you get a view of the outer end of the hotel, I'm sure it's nothing but "little China" and construction. I thought the walls were thick, but unfortunately that was put to test when I was awaken to a family of a crying baby and screaming kids banging on the walls at 1:30 in the morning followed by multiple knocks on their door by housekeeping catering to the guests trying to tame their children; the hotel won't lose points for this one since it's not their fault. Playing nature sounds on Spotify resolved that one! The parking wasn't the greatest. Three levels underground - $15 for self and $20 for valet. The spots have plenty of move space, however not too many, I found myself having to do a three point turn to go down an extra level at times. Disappointed there was no pantry. Found myself craving a post snack after my run, however their restaurant closed early and no other food options but to order in food, which I figured I'd wait the following morning. The Sheraton club lounge was nothing too great (not vegetarian friendly ). I'm a diamond member with Hilton and platinum elite with Marriott; I'd say the breakfast was meh and the 5pm happy hour mediocre. I still vote Hilton executive lounges over Sheraton club lounges any day. Staff were friendly and acknowledged every need. Prices are average for the area. Total cost: 185.70 for one night read more

Big disappointment! Amenities: no robe nor slippers as the hotel description. My bedroom sheets are yucky with lots of brown/ yellow spots, hairs and many look like nose burger sticking on the sheets. Rooms are dark and only 2 sets of bath towels. I thought I try this newer hotel this tr instead of my old regular Hiltons down the road. But after checking in and saw all the negative in my room. This would definitely be my first and last stay at this Sheraton. I hope the management improve on these issues and have house keeping change clean bed sheets after every stay. Definitely cater to Asian crowd--which is fine with me. Very clean hotel and nice service. Will stay again next time in town. The steakhouse is not good though. Lots of decent local Asian restaurants all around hotel. Have Starbucks store onsite and service there was good. read more

I stayed here for a short vacation and overall the experience could have been better. I was a little disappointed with the cleanliness of my bathroom. There was some mold in the shower tile grout as well as some pink film on the door hinges of the shower. There were also some urine stains on the toilet as well some miscellaneous debris strewn inside all of the drawers. The ceiling also had some mystery fluid that I had to wipe off with a Clorox wipe as it was pretty gross to look at when I wanted to take a shower. I informed the front desk about my issue and they gave me free parking and promised to clean the previously mentioned issues after their 'hospitality manager' took a look. When we returned to our room it still had all of the gross stuff I listed much to my annoyance. At the end of our stay we informed Alex - who was in charge of everyone else- about our issues and how the person we informed in the first place didn't resolve them. He did take one night off of our stay as an apology and promised to clean the room well. This may seem like nitpicking but I do expect a lot more from a four star hotel. They advertise much higher cleaning standards because of the pandemic, but it's jarring that our bathroom was so disgusting while they take extra effort to sanitize the tv remote and wrap it in plastic. The funniest part of this whole thing was that I actually went to the restroom in the lobby and it was immaculately clean! I think the person who cleans the lobby restrooms should be the 'manager of hospitality' instead of the person who took a look at the mystery fluid on the my ceiling and thought 'this is fine'. I would like to stay in this hotel again as the location is good and the parking is relatively cheap and safe. Alex gave me his business card so I will be sure to call him to make sure my room is clean when I book another stay, I will hold him accountable to his promise to 'take care of us' when we come back. read more

However, we were greeted politely from the second we pulled into the valet. The lobby is absolutely stylish & contemporary. We stayed a week. I was set to give a 4 or 5 star review. Until the 6th day. I was feeling ill in the morning (not covid) and made a (video) appointment with my doctor for the afternoon. Except no internet available. I was told 30 minutes until it would be up. Never happened. I was feeling so bad the next morning we checked out a day early. Still no internet then. When I got home, I realized I had left my purse in the room. I called the hotel to check the room. My partner remembers me leaving the purse in the closet, but assumed I was grabbing it, I forgot because I was feeling so lousy. I remember it being there all week. It was definitely left in the room. The hotel claims no such item was turned in. No purse, no internet, and no doctor appointment. I have to wait over the weekend now before being seen. Been to more than a dozen hotels in the US (JW, Four Seasons, bunch of Marriott brands, Hilton, etc) -- but this hotel really stands out. Extremely clean, spacious and elegant (they could have added more rooms but didn't -- love the space!) The lounge is probably the most staffed (in terms of ratio to folks who are there), and extremely friendly too. Their "light breakfast" in the lounge had pretty much everything I usually eat in typical hotels, and being Asian I was surprised to see congee and all its side dishes there for breakfast (WOW)! Also, when do you see siomai and siao long pao as horderves? :)! Front desk person was exceptionally courteous, and did you see those hotel robots?!? Kids loved it and followed behind it as it delivered our luggages to the room! Great room and comfy bed! read more

I recently came and had a visit for this location as a possible wedding venue months before, and thought the rooms were pretty nice and the manager Antonia was nice. It is located in the city of San Gabriel off of Valley Blvd, which is a pretty busy area. Got a tour of each room on that day and suggestions on how to get rooms. Well as the wedding day approached and on the first day as we check in, our day was filled with so much stress. The guy who checked us in did not even say that we got downgraded, not a worked just gave us our room key and said nothing. As we got into the room I told my fiancé this is not the room at all. As I was busy running errands my fiancé does notifies me that it is wrong, of course I'm distraught. We were told to right notes of what exact room we wanted but of course it was not guaranteed because the person supposedly staying in our room was staying another day. Did we get anything? No the manager gave us a discount and made us pay for 9 overnight cars which is $16.00 each. Don't worry I will write to cooperate as well. But after this experience for my wedding hotel rooms, I will never stay at a Sheraton hotel ever. All the manager could say was she can't do anything about it, since the guy staying in our room wanted to stay another day. And yes you guys totally ruined my wedding!!! This hotel has only been open a couple months. How can this be a rundown death trap already? TL;DR, the electrical is faulty to the point of being DANGEROUS -- wiring exploded huge sparks at me and the bloodthirsty elevator doors which SLAMMED SHUT ON ME are something out of the Resident Evil movies. Staff must all be out-of-work actors because their acting sympathetic was NOT convincing. Stayed end of March-early April. Looks nice on the surface, but then you start to notice the chipped and dirty doors and molding, the little crap left all over the carpet and bathroom floor, the mysterious white stains on the couches, the missing or falling off letters on the signs in the halls. Makes you wonder if this really was built new or is just made of scraps left over from the Aladdin Casino teardown a decade ago. Gotta love the closet doors which were installed wrong such that their automatic lights only work if you close the door backwards. Also the fridge is in the TV console and not the specially-ventilated fridge compartment in the wet bar where it belongs, where it can plug into the GFCI safety circuit (but who cares about safety? Not these guys). The food was some of the worst room service ever. The sandwich bread was so hard I couldn't bite a piece off. There is nothing Caesar about the "chicken Caesar wrap." It has no Caesar dressing. No dressing or sauce at all, in fact. And the tortilla was as dry and hard as a cracker, making it too dry to swallow. Spent the rest of my trip getting takeout from ABC. Room service sent the food up by robot. I signed the check, stuck it in the robot, and sent it on its way. But then just as I was settling in to "enjoy" my petrified meal a guy knocked on the door to get the check from me (which I had left in the robot). What is the point of having a robot to deliver room service to people at all, if you have to then send a human later to fetch the check? Might as well send the human and have them wait for you to sign the check all in one trip. When I moved the desk lamp to make room for my laptop, the arm (NOT the bulb) erupted in a huge fireworks display of electrical sparks. I did not dare plug my laptop in to do any work. That cost me a lot of work (I am freelance so I can't afford to lose work). And all they did is bring another of the same dangerous lamp (and it took more than one call and over an hour for them to do even that). The elevator doors are set to close too fast, and they lack those safety bumpers that prevent you from getting hurt, alert the elevator that there's an obstruction, and make the doors open back up. When I did not go into the elevator fast enough, the doors closed on me -- hard enough to cause me bruising and a numb arm that lasted several days!! The manager they sent to check up on me feigned concern but it was obvious he did not GAF. He left and sent a lackey to bring me a cold pack, who knew nothing about how to activate it and even less about social interaction. He opened the pack, exposing the toxic chemicals and causing the cold reaction not to occur, and wouldn't bring me a new one. Tried to stick it in a plastic cup wrapper and make me put that on my arm. Eventually took one of my towels and filled it with ice instead. The one good thing about his visit is he told me he's gotten hurt by the elevator doors too, confirming my suspicion that the elevators here are UNSAFE. After all that, they wouldn't even comp me just 1 night for all my troubles, unsafe feelings, and lost work. They only took off my 2 sandwiches, which I should have sent back anyway they were so bad. I had booked a big expensive suite, too, and I stay in the SGV for work often. Guess they don't care about repeat business. I hate to say it but my people are cheap bastards. I'll be sticking to the Hilton a few blocks down from now on, which I've been patronizing happily for years without incident. read more

What?!? There's a new Sheraton in town, and it is a hit. Check it out as soon as you join the SPG.com free loyalty program for points and upgrades and stuff. The feng shui is all right with this new-construction property, located in the middle of everything (if you define 'everything' as the tiny city of San Gabriel). Walking distance from two Chinese markets, the massive San Gabriel Square mall (Five Star dim sum on top) and the Hilton, I think this new Sheraton is destined to become a crown jewel in the San Gabriel crown. Soaring lobby (complete with interactive robots who speak Chinese), bar, restaurant and meeting spaces with awesome high ceilings. Need a place to stow relatives? This is the place. Staycation where everyone speaks Mandarin? RIght here. Check in is a breeze (ask for Gigi, she's the best). My upgraded room (thanks SPG) also had the double-height ceilings -- fantastic. New hotel, new beds: you cannot go wrong with the Sheraton Sweet Sleeper King. Tons of pillows and two comforters. The usual uninteresting Sheraton toiletries, but, Asian hotel style, toothbrush and toothpaste waiting for you in the bathroom. Beautiful pool and new always-empty fitness center on the second floor. All I could say is WOW, this hotel is beautiful inside and out, I got the chances to check out this hotel today, and Debbie V. was the person who assisted me and gave me the grand tour. Upon arriving, the valet was quick on their feet and picked up my car right away, Thank Chris.. I think, that's his name. Once I got into the hotel, you can see all these decorative lights and REAL flowers in the lobby area. Their lobby is so spacious, nice and the décor is amazing. I went up to the front desk and was greeted by two young ladies, very professional, friendly and nice, they helped me with letting Debbie know I have arrived. While waiting, I noticed that there was already a lot of guests here at this hotel, checking in and out. This is def a good sign for a hotel that's not even 3 months old to have so much foot traffic. My tour with Debbie was great, they offered a lot of types of rooms, whether its for conferences, big dinner events, small intimate gathers, they got it all down, each room is also uniquely named after a City: Santa Monica, Beverly Hills and Hollywood, just to name a few. I love that their activities rooms aren't limited to just the first level, they also have conferences rooms on the 2nd level as well. Some of the conferences room have their own restroom, all of em are full furnished and if you had interested in switch it up, they are willing to work with you, which is perfect. I also got the chances to check out their rooms as well, very nice and spacious, beds all looked very comfortable, I had a strong urge to hop on the bed but thank god I didn't. I got a sneak peek in their VIP lounge, very friendly staff, has its own conferences room with very nice glass doors, fridge is full stocked, fresh coffee can be made and snacks and food is provided. There is also a nice quiet sitting area, it looks just like those pinterest living rooms. While I am there, I got the chances to try their continental breakfast buffet, I love how their have the usual breakfast items and on top they have adapted to the adding some Asian item: congee with its side dish items. I love it! I just stick with the usual American breakfast items: crispy bacon, delicious sausages, freshly scrambled eggs, tiny cute pancakes served with fresh fruits. They also had yogurt, fresh whole fruits, pastries, and condiments. Hot coffee and tea was served, I didn't get the name of the person who helped us, but he was nice and paid attention to us, make sure we were taken care of. During breakfast I got the changes to meeting Antonia W., super nice and friendly, she handles catering and events, so I look forward to working with her. After our meal, I was shown around some more, I got the chance to sneak into the EST Steakhouse with the help of Vanessa getting us in. It is beautiful in there, its so nice and pretty, I am excited to come back and grab some tomahawk ribeye with the bf. Haha. After the steakhouse, that concluded my tour, which Debbie kindly walked me out, and got my valet taken care of. Thank you! I just want to say that overall, with my experiences of just taking a tour, their customer service was superb. I can't even imagine if we actually partnered up to work on events, I am sure they will give it 110% to whatever they do. You can see that they are serious about work and also very passionate. This is what makes a good hotel, staffs who enjoy and love their job, customers and hotel guests can feel that. Not going to lie, I felt it, oh yea, it was there. I am updating my review and adding a star. There were a couple more hiccups to the original stay which I won't go into, but when I checked out I brought up my previous comments and a few other observations to the manager by the named of Rodrigo. He took the time to hear me out, assured me he would address them with his staff, and offered me another night to come back and try the hotel again. Second time was the charm. I stand by that the hotel is gorgeous and beautifully decorated. I will say though that the walls and floors are not sturdily constructed and you could hear vibrations and such, but not blaming the hotel for that as it is probably a construction or developer issue... i mean what is really well built in this day and age? But as for the hotel, it's brand new and they have a few staff issues to sort out, but overall I would recommend anyone to give it a try. read more

Heading out to California for the Breeders Cup weekend we normally stay in Pasadena, but with the price gouging normal for this weekend going on even with us booking 6 months in advance, we end up in San Gabriel at the new Sheraton property. Who knew this was simply one of the best finds of all the hotels in the area as this recently new hotel was simply outstanding for our 3 days? With Valet parking $20.00 - or $15.00 self-park per day the options, we chose Valet (More on this later). Lobby is Modern, new and simply gorgeous with a large lobby bar to the right which fronts the Asian restaurant which doubles as breakfast and lunch venue. Through the restaurant is ETS Prime steak more on this later as well as there is also a full-service Starbucks just off the lobby also. Check in was done mobile application so rooms were ready, checked in and informed that since my buddy is handicapped free self-parking was available, so we were provided a key card for entrance and exit nice touch. I was assured that the Valet charge would be removed. Rooms were modern, clean, spacious and extremely well appointed. Beds and Lines were exceptional. Bathrooms spacious with every need and light. Desk to work out, coffee maker, and small refrigerator under the table. Safe in the closet, in short TOP NOTCH. Nice 24-hour fitness center on the 2nd floor and outside center patio area on 2nd floor as well with NO SMOKING ALLOWED. THANK YOU!!!! In short stay was uneventful, which is good no issues. Check out valet charge was still on the folio, but a simple phone call and front desk removed it no questions asked. We booked using our points and we had an amazing 2nts stay here. The hotel has beautiful interior, elegant and very clean. Our check-in process was perfect. The hotel entrance in the parking lot is very convenient as it is connected to the lobby and floor rooms. I stayed here for a week and I'd say it was one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Ivan and Cherry from the front desk made my stay the easiest and most comfortable. If I'm ever back in town, I'll definitely book my stay here again. It's clean, nice, and huge. A plus is that there's a Starbucks in the building!! I happened to stay at this property during Memorial Day weekend for a friend's wedding, which took place quite close by. Located in the heart of San Gabriel, near the intersections of Valley and Del Mar, the hotel has a very modern and clean look from the outside. I called into the property early in the morning to see if I was able to snatch a room in hours before check-in time. Surely enough, they had one room available for me. I arrived at around 10AM, and they assigned me to a 01 king bedroom, located on the second floor. Parking Situation They offer both valet and self parking--valet is $20/day and self is $15/day. I opted for the self parking since I figured it would be easier to park the car myself and have access whenever I wanted. Parking your car is a bit tricky--some spots are reserved for valet, but they don't indicate where the self-parking is. So I decided to just park my car in the unmarked spots. What I found a bit awkward and weird is that the access from parking lot (subterranean) to room floors can have access without a key. Looking from a safety and security standpoint, I find this a bit scary, as anyone who walks in from the subterranean garage can just hit the room floors and wander around, without security personnel knowing--absolutely weird. Check In Front desk agent, Heidi, very cheerful and professional girl, helped me allocate the room on the 2nd floor. Rate was as promised, and got my room all set in a matter of a few minutes. Room The room is very clean, spotless, and didn't find any cracks nor rubbish anywhere. The bed is super comfortable, and the space of the bathroom is quite massive, for a standard room. I love the stand-alone rainfall shower, and the automatic lights that turn on when you step in the bathroom. Mirrors are huge and even has a close-up mirror on the side. The room comes with an empty mini-fridge (a huge plus), and lots of space to throw my stuff around. I slept so well, especially after a night of drinking, but I think the softness of the mattress made me fall asleep fast. Gym I had to get myself to the gym the night after drinking, and it's a fairly good size. There's a lot of treadmills, and a few weights. Good enough for a hotel stay. Overall Service and Impression I would stay here again if I ever had a purpose in the future. It's convenient to so many eateries and bars, and close enough to the 10 freeway. It's a bit pricey compared to other hotels, but the entire layout of the hotel is quaint enough where one won't get lost. For anyone whose looking for a hotel in this part of L.A., it's highly recommendable to stay here. I am a hotel-snob, as I stay in many for work purposes. One of the best Marriot group Hotel in LA, I have stay and come back to this hotel 5 times. This time I see familiar face in frontdesk Ivan, and he still remember me, pull up our history in hotel system and know what kind of rooms we need, he give a late check out notice to both of our room without us asking it. 5 stars service indeed. I have stayed my share of hotels with my 7 years of traveling job... I really enjoyed this property. The hotel is very nice, the room is very comfortable and the service is fantastic... I was hanging out at the club lounge in the evening, and I coughed a few times while I was working. Mady, who works at the lounge, noticed this tiny detail and brought me hot lemon & honey water (!!!). This level of thoughtfulness is quite impressive.
