Absolutely horrible experience! Do not stay here! We stayed the weekend for my daughter's special needs cheer competition - and left our iPad in the room, under the pillow on the bed. I remembered it after we were an hour down the road, checked the location of the iPad on my phone, and it was still showing there at the hotel. There was NO QUESTION that I left it there, I specifically remember not grabbing it and I knew exactly where I left it. I called the hotel and spoke with 'Corey' at the front desk, who said yes, they found one, but housekeeping was gone for the day, and when they came back the next day he would speak with them and arrange a shipping label be printed out, to ship it back to us, as we live in OKC. The next day I didn't get a phone call so I finally called at 3:30 pm and spoke with 'Robert', who transferred me to 'Sabrina' the asst. General Manager - who is incredibly rude, condescending, with zero empathy or any sort of personality - and she told me they NEVER found anything in my room!! This is a $649 iPad that was just purchased at Christmas, four months ago. I was practically begging for SABRINA to do the right thing, and pleading with her to speak to the housekeeper that cleaned our room, because that's who ABSOLUTELY found the iPad! But 'Sabrina' just kept talking over me stating, "I have completed my investigation, and nothing was found", over and over. Which is IMPOSSIBLE. They are liars and thieves. It's actually pathetic and so upsetting. I have filed a formal complaint with the corporate headquarters and made a police report. There was NO QUESTION where I left the iPad. It still showed it was there an hour after we left! Then someone turned it off and it hasn't shown a location since then. Awful Awful Awful service and zero professionalism!!!!! I am sure Sabrina will respond to THIS review and throw me under the bus, even though I was the victim of a crime at her hotel! I have read other reviews using her first and last name stating how rude she is. Please, Sheraton, do better! STOP hiring thieves! ** Update - once the thief turned ON our iPad a week later, she decided to take some selfies. What she didn't know, was that we were able to locate the iPad at that time. We had an address and called the Frisco police back to let them know! Lo and behold, after they called Sabrina to let her know this information, she called the police department back and said she had the iPad at the hotel ready to pick up! So she apparently let her employee (I'm sure she was the housekeeper that cleaned our room) that lived at that address know that we were about to find out who she was - and the employee brought the iPad back! The selfie that the employee/thief took was taken at her house, the exact date we left the hotel, at 10:40 pm that same night! I have added a photo of the selfies taken by the thief/employee that she left on our iPad! Horrible service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"Old Folks" by Chris Botti plays and my mind goes to the wonderful stay at Sheraton Stonebriar in Frisco, Texas...it's taken me a few day for the words-of-review to form..."You Are My Hiding Place" by Selah begins and this is exactly what this two-day-stay was for me, "a hiding place". The aromatics of the Sheraton Club are somewhat hypnotic and transcending in the inhale. The Twilight Crepe Myrtle's, the kindness of the front desk associates, were truly genuine, so-much-so that when the occasional-burned-out-associate was UNKIND to me, forgiveness was my offering. Why allow the enemy to steal the joy He did not give. The like's of Chassity, Nickole, Jade and the well-groomed-gentleman at the front desk, who checked me in, I have yet noticed until this very moment, it took 3 women and a member of the LGBTQIA Community to enhance my stay...my focus goes to 3 women and an open hearted courages individual. I begin to weep for these individuals for the walks of life they travel. I pray that the kindness given is returned unto them 100 FOLD! To the management of Sheraton-Rosewood Group, a heartfelt thank you. It is only until now, I recognize you have been My-True-Hiding-Place, the stays at all your establishments have served as times of refreshing and healing in the places of my life where I had been taken for granted and mistreated. For that I want to say Thank You and encourage you to keep up the good work. What a legacy here, as I do the research this, THIS story (Sheraton Legacy) is a true example of what we as individuals should strive to do in our daily lives, be educated, learn, apply, give, what we have learned to others, to increase by decades and not be brought under through the pressures of a Mad-Angry-World. The recent renovations, were minimalistic yet luxuriously inspiring. The price, was far too affordable as I was reminded of my stays at Four Seasons for a fraction of the price. If you are needing a time of refreshing, it is my pleasure to encourage a two-day stay at Sheraton Stonebriar Frisco, Texas! P.S. This photo was captured as I walked in meditative Prayer, isn't life GRAND?!

Platinum elite Marriott member and must say this hotel needs major updating. Staff at check in was not friendly then the room was so beat up. Bed was comfy but that was about it. Had no body wash in shower and when you flushed the toilet it ran for 3 1/2 minutes. Thank god we got complimentary breakfast from status because I would have been mad if I had actually paid $19.99 for bacon runny eggs and frozen heated up pancakes. Made complaints when I checked out and was told they would add extra points for the inconvenience and they lied!! nothing added to my account. One plus great area lots of great eating places it is sad they have let this hotel run down like this.

I didn't get to check out the bar, but it was really popular and every night was filled with people and lots of energy. We did enjoy the rooftop pool quite a bit and took our grandbaby up there and he had a blast, the pool is super clean and the whole area was very well kept , definitely my favorite part! The pillows and the bed were all super comfortable, and we had a really great view. The only downside in our room was that the TV was kind of glitchy. We loved how easy it was to walk everywhere for dining and nightlife, and we didn't have to drive. This will definitely be a regular spot for us to stay whenever we are in Dallas. The main reasons for the three star rating are the check in process and my room. It took an hour and a half for me to get my keys because someone either hadn't booked my room or booked it incorrectly. After a long day of travel, I wanted to rest, freshen up, and eat, but I had no such luck. It really put a damper on my day. Secondly, once I got to the room, I had other issues. It smelled incredibly musty and I knew it was because the carpets needed cleaning. Some parts of the floor felt stiffer than others, indicating that something was spilled on them. I was so hungry and was actually willing to pay for minibar snacks, but there weren't any (no drinks either except for water). I was also hoping for a more generous bathroom setup as well (makeup wipes, etc.). The water pressure in the shower was a bit too low as well. On the plus side, this hotel is within walking distance of many great restaurants and shopping. This experience wasn't the best, but they are typically a solid choice.

Second floor is mostly seating and a couple bars. Third floor mostly bars and some seating. While waiting for my party to arrive I sat at the second floor bar, Heaven Hill, and ordered a couple cocktails. The bar tender, a pleasantly upbeat woman, educated me on the various food options as well as some of their favored cocktails. I had a raspberry beret (shoutout Prince) and a Larceny Paloma. The name was just calling me. While the beret was fruity and refreshing, the Paloma had a bite and kick that snuck up on you. I loved it!! As it's a mall of food there was no trying just one lol. We tried the dry rub brisket bar, chef chin's hibachi ramen, chilango's tacos, cotton and snow, and unlawful assembly brewing co. To finish the evening. Brisket with Mac and cheese; burria tacos; tonkotsu ramen; cookies and cream ice cream; and lastly a Moscow Mule to end the evening. The Mac and cheese from the brisket bar was terrible. Runny, and bland. But the brisket was amazing. Seasoned and tender and so moist!!! Tacos were exceptional. Ramen was awesome. Ice cream was ice cream. It wasn't bad, but not eye popping amazing. The mule was delicious. I ended the night stuffed and sleepy!! Great visit!! If you're in the Plano area this is a must!! And there are tons more eateries.

Overall, I was really impressed! I've been to several conferences in my lifetime and this one felt professional, yet also elegant and warm at the same time from the set up and the snacks and formal dinner that were offered. Our conference had between 125-150 attendees. First of all, they had multiple rooms with multiple set ups, but all on the same conference hall wing. It felt very private. Not really any outside people strolling through because not much else is on that end of the hotel. All of the technology (including live video chat incoming to the room, playing videos during the conference, mikes, and video recording for later AND the lights and music of the amazing dance floor that night) worked as it should. They were kind enough to store a large sheet cake for us in the fridge until dessert. During the conference, they provided an incredible array of comfort/snack foods that you will see in my pictures. For dinner, we had an amazing several course meal starting with a seafood bisque with a flaky pastry crust, filet mignon, with delicious sides, and ending with an apple pie with the same amazing flaky crust, which is totally my weakness. That night I shared a room with other participants and slept on the couch since they already claimed the king bed. It was actually really comfortable! We had the doors open between our room and the room next to it which was super convenient for all the back and forth we had to get things needed downstairs for the conference. The hotel was always so helpful when we kept misplacing keys every time we loaned them to someone else who just had to run up and grab one more thing. All of the staff I interacted with had that great southern hospitality with a blend of professionalism. The next morning we grabbed the hearty buffet breakfast downstairs and I got a custom omelette, a biscuit with gravy, fruit, and a few cups of coffee! It was just what I needed to fuel me for my bus trip to spend under 24 hours in Waco, including #MagnoliaMonday! I highly recommend this hotel to stay or hold your event here! It was also a reasonably priced Uber ride from the airport to get here!
