The place is already decorated - so unless you absolutely hate the way it's done, it's another hassle you can cross off your list. There is a beautiful hallway right outside that's just perfect for taking pictures of your guests as they come in. They're pretty much all-inclusive. However, for our event we opted to cater from another location, but we took the rest of their offers. Since they frequently do weddings, they have a set up Brides' and Grooms' room in the back. It's a perfect spot for hosts to stash their valuables, change of clothes/shoes, and any other miscellaneous things you'd like. Highly recommend coming here. My only recommendation - make sure you get a couple of great photographers. Your event will be absolutely stunning and I assure you that you'll be really upset if all the photos you have are selfies from your cell phone or ones that your guests take. My only regret of coming here is that I wish I had more and better pictures of the event. All our guests could not stop raving about this place! All in all, this place was a bit pricey, but it is definitely worth the price in MHO.

Ample parking even with potholes to deal with. I think the owners of the rental units are responsible for paving the property. Some serious repaving is desperately needed. The entire planning process felt so much less stressful because of his support. The night of the event, Luis went above and beyond. He was present, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Any time we needed something, he and his staff were right there, ready to help without hesitation. His team was just as amazing--friendly, welcoming, and truly made us and all of our guests feel comfortable and taken care of. You can tell they genuinely care about the experience they provide, and it shows in every detail. This celebration would not have been the same without their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to step in whenever needed. On our drive up here I kept thinking "man I hope it stops raining." And sure enough, the skies cleared. I couldn't believe how gorgeous the venue was when we arrived! You're required to use caterers off their list. I think the list had about 6-7 on it. The room they offer for weddings inside is a hallway. Literally a hallway. It's perfect for an October wedding! The woman who showed us the venue spent maybe ten minutes with us. We felt a little rushed. But then again it was 7pm so maybe she was ready to go home. They book up pretty quick so you'll want to schedule your date here way in advance. Overall a cute place to have a wedding. Therefore she showed a lack of attention to detail 2) She stated she was in a hurry because she was showing 2 groups at the same time. During our tour she told us we were the last group and there was no one here so we were free to wander around wherever. We never saw a second group or couple looking around. 3) She was confused by my comment about lack of parking. Due to her lack of information and not telling us they apparently have a second parking lot, how were we to know there was additional parking elsewhere other than the one small lot we saw when we pulled in? 4) Regarding the head table. During our tour she told us that's where they put the head table. There was no comment about it being able to be elsewhere. She said that's where it will be set up for your event so it didn't even sound negotiable. My review still stands.

With such a beautiful backdrop, we were able to get away with not needing to do too much of our own decor. Beyond the event space, the staff here were top-notch, from the planning stages all the way to the day of the event. They were always professional while still being personable. Communication was timely and they were very accommodating of our needs. Overall, an excellent experience.
