    Dome seating

My first visit to Cosm was this past weekend for the Dallas Stars playoff game. Overall, it made for a really fun date night experience. Parking was a little confusing, but we followed the crowd into the garage and made the walk from the second floor to the entrance. We paid extra for seats inside the dome without really knowing what to expect. The experience itself was definitely impressive. It truly feels close enough to see the sweat on the player's faces, hear the skates cutting through the ice, and even noticed what people in the arena were doing on the phones! Our server created us right away and was very friendly. Food wise, the deviled eggs were good although a bit heavy on the dill, and the giant pretzel was pricey, but large enough to share. The menu is short and simple, but there are enough options for most people. The dome viewing experience was exciting, but sitting in the higher bar style row behind the floor tables, made it uncomfortable to watch for a long periods since we had to tilt our heads back. The camera switching was also off during gameplay, but thankfully the side screen showed the full rink view. My date ended up getting motion sickness from the immersive close-ups, so we moved to a quieter table near the entrance to watch on the large standard screen instead. Even with a few drawbacks, we're glad we went and had a great time overall. The outdoor patio was beautiful. There were plenty of screens everywhere and next time we will probably choose general admission instead of dome seating. The only thing that could've made this better would have been a Stars win !

While the experience of watching WrestleMania on 4-19-26 was amazing, it became a nuisance at the end. While I was recording a less than 1 minute video of my husband and acquaintances a very abrasive woman approached me and another patron, very rudely, telling us that we need to move. She did not identify herself or show that she was on duty. All the while the COSM cameraman was recording them singing and having fun, others have been recording, moving around, and standing in the same area for a majority of the night while I was barely there 5 minutes before she came over. Others didn't say anything to anyone else. After her talking at me like I was in the wrong she then proceeded to stand there herself and record the show which is what she clearly questioned and told me not to do. That made it feel like she just wanted the space to make her recording without people in the way. After talking to a waitress, who asked was I ok and confirmed that the lady worked there, I stood there and watched her as she recorded for at least 4 to 5 minutes. After that she approached me again and tried to confront me asking if I was supposed to be there and where my seats were. I tried to be as polite as possible, but I got frustrated with her because of her unprofessional attitude and disrespectful tone. I walked away to go calm down in the bathroom. When I came back, my husband was speaking with the manager. He profusely apologized, but it soured the end of an amazing night. I will definitely be back, hopefully having a better experience. For the lady that disturbed my evening please open your eyes and read the room. When people are causing no harm or disturbance leave them be. Also don't be a hypocrite at your place of work, it usually doesn't turn out well! We had the loaded steak fries and wings which tasted pretty good.

Was in Dallas during March Madness and it so happened that MSU was playing against UConn so I decided to buy tickets to the watch in The Dome. My wife, two sons, and my oldest son's girlfriend joined as well. We arrived early and we watched other games in the main area which has a bar, seating, and big screens and I mean big screens. When the MSU gane started we headed over to the Dome, 3rd Level, Row D, Seats 10-14. (Reserved Seating) The view from these seats were nice! Each seat had a small table for food and drinks! Also, a server that took orders for food and drinks! Our server was very nice and very attentive. My son got the Double Waygu Burger and he devoured it. He mentioned it was a great tasting burger. The fries were crispy and seasoned to perfection. We ordered desserts: Housemade Churros that came warm and covered cinnamon-sugar and served with caramel and chocolate dipping sauces. Also, Chocolate Cookie Ice Cream Sandwiches filled with creamy vanilla bean ice cream. As far as the game, the views were as if we were live! The views switched from court side, behind the basket, and 3rd level center seats. I could not believe the views and the experience. I'd love to watch more events in the future! Overall, great time, good food and good service. Unfortunatley, MSU lost! Either way, Go Green!

Pro Tip: Order your drinks WELL before the game because it is a long wait time. So if you read the reviews, you'll see the first comment that it is a tad pricey. But when you come here, it's worth every penny! It feels like you're actually at the games with the enthusiastic fans and amazing view. The staff are pretty sweet here and you can order your food from the menu as you sit down. It's absolutely spectacular here and it's an incredible feat of engineering to be completely immersed into the games or shows that you are watching. I would highly recommend this place for special events for family members/friends.

Came here to watch the Spurs vs. Knicks game. The food, service, and atmosphere here were incredible. We did GA tickets and got there early and were able to get seats on the second level, which gave us a perfect view of the entire game.

I'm glad I tried it out and the staff was really nice. I'll never go back though. They ran out of larger sized shirts, the food prices were ridiculous & being able to order food the ENTIRE show is insane! The staff was blocking the screen the whole show. The idea of the dome makes sense but not being able to fully enjoy it is disheartening.

Cosm Dallas was an incredible place to watch a movie--definitely not your typical theater experience. We saw the Willy Wonka movie, and the immersive screen and visuals made it feel way more engaging than a normal showing. The picture quality was amazing, and the overall setup really pulls you into the film. The venue itself was modern, clean, and well-designed, with a unique atmosphere that makes it stand out from other theaters. The seating was comfortable, and everything felt very high-tech and smooth. The only reason it's not a full 5 stars is that it can be a bit pricey, and the experience might not be something you'd do all the time. Still, it's absolutely worth trying at least once--especially for a visually fun movie like Willy Wonka.

Service was amazing and food was excellent! Great place to watch a World Cup game, and we are coming back to see Harry Potter now. Evan is the best!

We checked this place out recently for the first time and had a great experience. We celebrated our friend's 40th birthday by watching his favorite basketball team play (Rockets vs Knicks). We had a 2nd level booth that comfortably fit our party of 3. Walking into the seats feels like walking into the game. The game was in New York so it felt like we were in Madison Square Garden. The big screen, camera angles and sounds make you feel like you're at the game. Really amazing experience. The food and drink options are great. During our game we got a $15 per person discount off of food and beverage. We tried the triple blend old fashioned, pretzel, ahi tuna nachos, and the wings. Everything had great flavor and the portion sizes were perfect for sharing. Our server was attentive and friendly. We can't wait to come back to watch more games. Highly recommend.

4.4 This place is amazing. We purchased tickets to watch the Mavs game, with seats in the dome on the 3rd level. While the preferred level is the 2nd, our seats were still excellent and offered an immersive view that didn't disappoint The food was a pleasant surprise . The smash burger was hands-down the highlight--definitely a must-order . We also tried the lemon pepper wings, which were solid, and the ice cream sandwiches ... which unfortunately were not good at all and can be skipped . What really sets COSM apart is the energy . The atmosphere makes you feel like you're actually at the game--loud, exciting, and fully immersive from start to finish Take-home message: If you can't afford tickets to a live game (or just want a different experience), COSM is an incredible alternative that makes you feel like you're right there in the arena We will return for their movies.

Came to CosM on a Thursday night to watch a basketball game. The entire experience was enjoyable. The entire staff was pleasant starting from the greeters at the entrance to the bag check, and server. The DJ was on point and a huge plus that there even WAS a DJ on a Thursday! The drinks were great (just expect to pay $18) The food was good aside from the lukewarm fries but I highly enjoyed the wings! Mad I went off and left my $3.50 water but I didn't forget my wings cause for the price I'm eating all of them. You can get an order of 8 or 16. (Try and purchase a ticket that gives you $15 off food and bev. It's what we did and helps save a little.) My only gripe is that tampon machine should be in the women's bathroom but thankfully my server came through for me! Parking is free and extremely close to the theater so also a plus. I look forward to returning!

I went to Cosm Dallas with a friend to celebrate her birthday and watch my KC Chiefs take on her Houston Texans. It was a cold night and I parked in the garage next to Cosm. It was a Sunday night game. We entered quickly since there wasn't a line. We thought about reserving a spot but didn't. Honestly I would say get a general admission ticket unless you want to splurge because there's many good spots to watch the game on the first floor, second, or third. I really enjoyed Cosm. There's so many different areas to enjoy a game, hang out with friends, listen to music, and eat tasty bites. I've been to NFL football games and this felt like I was on the field or right behind the team. The dome ceiling is really nice. I can't wait for my next time visiting Cosm.

    Amy Z.

Such a fun experience in the DFW area! Make sure you get seats on the second or third floor, and preferably in the middle area. The food and drinks are on the pricier side but it's definitely a fun and immersive viewing experience.

Our server recommended joining their app club thing so we also got a free app outta that! The restaurant is huge too, it has plenty of seating which we walked right in and were seated right away. Noise level is very low too, I liked that very much. I'm very surprised reading and seeing the photos of the folks that are giving this place bad reviews. It seems to be every one has one thing in common, from what I'm picking up. They are all using take out service. I just don't think you can judge any place for food if you aren't eating it there. It's like ordering McDonalds and taking it home 15 minutes away and then blaming them for the food to be cold. Food changes after it's prepared. I'm not saying they aren't pointing out the obvious cooking flaws but geez... Anyway, from someone who eats out a lot and cooks very well I would suggest giving them a shot if you have never been there. Just maybe don't do take out for your first visit?
