In order to do this, we had installed a harness wiring system that was needed to give a connection for lights for the trailer. Before we even left, the wiring gave us all sorts of unbelievable grief ( another story for sure) and about an hour into our travels, all of the emergency lights went on and we were stuck with the owners manual trying to figure out what to do next. Less than a mile away, we found Sunset via a Google search. Literally 8 minutes before closing time, we pulled in and Roy reassured me that we were in a " no crying zone"!! He knew exactly what to do do get us in the road safely and gave us the confidence that we would be ok. Part of me didn't want to write this review, because I don't want to have Roy inconvenienced by other desperate drivers right at closing time!!! Sam freely and patiently gave me some quotes for both (others couldn't get past - we need to see it), the quotes and the final pricing were both very fair and competitive. Mo communicated freely during the fix and heres the kicker and why we'll trust these guys moving forward. They easily could have turned the minor job into a relatively major fix and they didn't, the problem and solution was less in every sense than what I assumed it would be including their cost - great job the both of you!
