In that exact order. One I get to my vehicle I check the receipt and see a bag charge. I did not ask for a bag, nor did he offer. The CA bag charge is ridiculous enough in my opinion, so if I am charged for a bag.. I want the dang bag! So I went back in with my receipt and said "since you charged me for a bag, can I get that bag??" he said "I asked you if you wanted one and you walked off. Alright dude, do not lie to me. Number 1- You ABSOLUTELY did not. I was 100% paying attention to everything in my semi-immediate surrounding, including you, especially in that area. You did no such thing! Number 2- Even if that was the case, which is wasn't, he rang me up, took my cash, and gave me my change. So when he supposedly "asked if I wanted a bag", I had already paid and he had ALREADY charged me for one. It's not about the stupid bag, it's able their dishonesty and that this is the third time in about 10 years that they've over charged me, once over $2. Despite the convenience of the location, this is the last straw.. I will NEVER set foot in this store again and will calling and speaking to the owner because I GUARANTEE they're doing to most customers.
