Once we got into the back both employees kept telling us they couldn't do the 60 min massage after the person on the phone said it was ok since they closed at 2 am... mind you we were inside by 1 am. They kept pushing a 30 min massage... we asked to at least push it to 40. Once we got in the room the employees demanded we pay upfront.. mind you the massage only started around 1:18. Besides the fact that the customer service was sh*t (excuse my language) but the massage experience was even worse. She barely applied any oil, I felt her dragging on my skin, she kept leaving the room and the door open while I'm naked on the bed and my body completely exposed. Then to top it all off the massage ended around 1:51 and she didn't even tell me it was over she just exited the room. Mind you, we still paid full price with $20 tip (in fear of being harassed) WORST MASSAGE EXPERIENCE EVER!! Please avoid this place at all cost. I've been a couple of times since for foot massages with my wife and the ladies working on us were talking with each other and giggling like 12 year old girls. Anything but relaxing! To top it off, I was given a $48 gift card for a one-hour massage that was purchased on February 13, 2026. The gift card clearly states it is valid for 180 days and does not expire until August 12, 2026. On August 5, I called to schedule an appointment for August 6--a full week before the gift card expired. The employee asked when the gift card had been purchased. The moment I told her the purchase date, she flatly said "No" and refused to schedule my appointment or honor the gift card. There was no explanation, no attempt to help, and no offer of another appointment. Instead, I was treated with rudeness and hostility. Selling gift cards and then refusing to honor them while they are still valid is unacceptable. It feels like they are happy to take your money but have no intention of providing the service they promised. I will be filing a complaint with the Florida Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division and the BBB because consumers deserve better than deceptive business practices. If you're thinking about buying a gift card here, don't. You may end up paying for a service you never receive.

They then offered 30 additional minutes which we took for the relaxation. I knew right then cost was going to get funky. The extra 30 minutes included a foot massage, which I hadn't experienced one as complex as that. When it was time to check out, 30 minutes for two came up to $80 additional dollars. When I tried to point out the Groupon cost the lady made it out like I was getting a deal. I was not. With tip, I spent double what I expected. Was it worth it, you ask. Meh. There are also many add-ons you can request such as gua sha, deep tissue cupping, hot stones, eye masks, and scalp massage. I've received massages from a few different therapists at both their Fort Lauderdale location and the one here in Plantation, but what keeps me coming back to this Plantation Walk location is literally the best massage therapist on the planet -- Ace. He is very popular among my friends and quite a few of us see him regularly. His understanding of the human body -- muscles, ligaments, tendons -- how to treat the body, how to stretch the body, and how to work out those pesky knots is honestly incredible. The man massages like it's a work of art, which I truly think it is. If I've been non-compliant with stretching after the gym, I can count on Ace to get me walking again. If my back and neck feel broken after stressful long shifts at work, I know I can count on him to help me regain mobility and stay pain-free. If you ever want to treat yourself, you should absolutely come to this location. The front desk staff are very kind and welcoming. They offer still water as well as citrus-infused water. They also have a bunch of little knick-knacks and creams, aromatherapy items, candles, etc. I used to belong to their membership, but I just can't financially commit to it right now. If I could, I would totally get the membership again. They also are not very pushy about it, and canceling the membership is not difficult. The bathrooms are very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The entire vibe of the studio is calming, pleasant, and relaxing. In the background they play ocean waves, which I personally find very soothing. The lighting is dim and the space smells lightly of essential oils, which really adds to the relaxing atmosphere. As far as the massage spaces themselves, they are not fully private rooms but rather individual areas separated by curtains. There is still plenty of privacy and the lighting is dim so you don't feel like people are looking at you. Of course, guests should still be courteous by silencing their phones and speaking quietly. Before your massage, there is a pre-debrief room where you talk with your therapist about any problem areas, ailments, or what you are hoping to get out of the session. Post-massage you also briefly debrief in that same room to make sure you feel good and everything went well. Ace is extremely popular, so I would definitely recommend booking ahead if you want to see him. Honestly, this place is a little piece of heaven.

I would also like to clarify that I had no issue paying the cancellation fee if it was required. My concern was that I asked multiple times about the possibility of rescheduling my appointment, but that option was never offered or discussed. Instead, the conversation repeatedly focused on the cancellation policy and fee, without any effort to explore an alternative solution or accommodate a reschedule.
