They start by having you put your feet in warm water which is very relaxing. You get the reflexology done in a dimly lit room on a small bed next to other beds with clients beside you. They started by massaging my neck, shoulders, arms and hands. They eventually made their way to my feet and calves. They end the massage with hot towels & warm stones. *They accept walks- ins which is nice when you're in the mood for a spontaneous foot massage* Cons: 1.) The towels they use to dry your legs and feet off with are really rough and hurt a bit. 2.) the one time I got a full body massage instead of reflexology was really rushed. It was in a tiny room, the masseuse scratched my back to the point where it bled (it was an elderly lady so maybe she couldn't see?) The massage was terrible. I would only go for reflexology 3.) the reflexology room is shared with many clients so it's very communal. The only downside is some clients are not mindful and not courteous. Yesterday, a man's phone kept going off very loudly. Not to mention he was talking loud and fell asleep and started snoring extra loud. Some people really can't read the room.
