The key was broken in half so he left the broken key inside my lockbox. All this was not reported back to me. I found out myself and when I questioned him he told me he didn't do it. The house was pending sale and he expects to blame this on another realtor. When the house is pending I couldn't show my house as realtors wouldn't be calling me. This is the kind of dishonest business you will find if you hire this company. Stay far far away!

On top of the expensive to fix water leak i was able to negotiate with seller a bit more. Saved nice chunk of cash there.
