Where do I even begin, T&R Movers was fast, efficient and on-time. I booked them on December 15th (I know, pre-holiday move) after researching and getting quotes from over 10+ local LV Moving companies. Jose provided me with options after asking the size of my home. Jose recommended I book a 2 man crew or 3 man crew based on the size of my home. I started with 2 then and the last minute bumped to 3, with no hesitation they accommodated my request, I am sure if you need a larger crew they can easily accommodate. My place is small, they moved me out of my two-bedroom apartment into a two-story home in about 4-5 hours. When I say fast, let me just say I could not keep up with these guys even if I tried. Let's just say, they move faster than my actual employees (I plan corporate events). Jose, Israel and Juan showed up in such a good mood (I mean who enjoys moving? Not me!) with all the supplies needed to get you packed securely in their truck. Everything was wrapped and packed up so tight, l mean just impressive. I honestly wish I took pictures just so I can share with you all. Anyway, look no further. Book T&R Movers, LLC, it was worth every penny. If you need movers I wouldn't call anyone else! SADLY, after writing this review I uncovered a lot of damages to my things. DEEP scratches in my vintage armoire, no moving blankets were used. Called jose for a move the next day. He was able to accommodate on short notice. I had collected estimates and even though there were cheaper we decided to go with them. They were about the average price from other reputable companies. Jose sold me when he spoke to me on the phone . He was professional , clear and courteous. They called me to let me know their eta. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. Don't waste your time. I had found this company for my mom to use. They were supposed to come to my house to simply pick up a bedroom set and take it to her house. First they said they would be there at 9am, then changed to 12pm. 12:30pm comes and they aren't there so we call and they said they are on another job so they won't be there until 3pm- 5pm. After 5pm we call again and they reject the calls, called both numbers on their site and neither answer the rest of the day. We never heard anything back from them. And this was the owner she was talking to. If the owner has customer service like this why would you even attempt to use them? I took the day off so they could pick the furniture up too. Save your time and go somewhere else even if it means paying a little more! read more

I hired T&R to move my families belongings to a storage unit. I was told a 3 hour minimum. They showed up 30 minutes late for the job. They then told me it would be a minimum of 6 hours to move 3 bedrooms to a storage unit located 3 minutes from my residence. They went to there truck, jump in and left us with no movers! What kind of crack pot company is this??! Don't ever hire these guys. They are not reliable and will try and rip you off! read more

They helped me pick up furniture from multiple stops and then unloaded it all in my home. they carried up 3 bedrooms worth of furniture upstairs and we had no issues with moving heavy furniture and with bed assembly. I had previously moved using Las Vegas Moving Pros who I loved and always did a great job. Sadly they went out of business and some of the guys started this company and the quality of the service stayed as great as LV Moving Pros did. I would use T&R again for any future moves (though I really hope is a few years before moving again). T&R Movers are the most professional, succinct, and considerate moving company I have come across while living in Las Vegas. Not only were they on-time (both arriving and leaving), but they took such care with my friend's furniture and belongings. Everything was wrapped and carefully transported with Jose and the rest of the crew checking in with us whenever there was the slightest question about virtually anything! Jose even re-assembled her bed and dining table in better condition that when they moved it!!! (was missing a couple of screws and bits that we didn't know how to put together when we got it) As native Spanish-speakers, we both felt much more comfortable with a crew that communicated with us in both English and Spanish. The guys were great! They arrived on time, packed everything well. Nothing was broken or chipped after they put stuff together. They event tightened some loosely put together furniture. Jose answered all my questions. Israel and John were courteous and concise. T The truck looked like a tight tetris game with the way they strategically put all the boxes and furniture together. They reported when they took their lunch break, and made sure to doc their lunch from the hours they worked. I'm grateful for the positive directions they took from me. I will 1000% rec'd to any friends moving. Moving was definitely a lot smoother than with the last company I hired the last time I moved in the Vegas valley. Jose responded back quickly to my inquiry about moving 2 large crates in short notice. He was courteous and communicated clearly what his rates were in which I felt was fair and less then some of the other movers. When I told him that I needed it to be delivered this afternoon he said that he needed to call his guy as it required 2 men. In 10 mins he called back and said that they could do it. I hired T&R Movers to help me move from one storage unit to another. JC and Allen let me know when they were enroute to the first location and were a few minutes early than my scheduled time. They emptied my 10x30 unit, filled with heavy furniture and antiques, in record time while still being careful with my belongings. When I explained that I would be downsizing my unit to a 10x20 and expressed that I was uncertain if it would all fit they reassured me that they would take care of it and they did. I had gone onto Yelp to find a mover within Las Vegas for a 3 bedroom house and Jose from T&R a movers responded quickly. The price was good with no additional or hidden costs. Jose and his team (Israel & Jon) were super professional and took great care of the furniture and boxes moved. I had a couple fragile pieces that I wanted to make sure were transported carefully. They really took great care of all the pieces. They were well protected and got to destination and put back together and in perfect shape. They even fixed a leg on one of my dressers.
