Worst home inspection company I have ever dealt with. They did the initial home inspection on May 15, 2026. The inspector (Tau Olive) left the oven on, the shower not completely turned off, and the cover to the jet bath tub uninstalled. He claimed he smelled something "musty" which maid the buyer pay for a a mold inspection only to find there was no mold. On a re-inspection of the attic insulation he brought his girl friend with him to show her the house since he thought it was "a very nice house to rent". Super detailed and thorough job! We were referred to WIN by realtor Kaori N @kaoriluxuryrealestate who is amazing. WIN was responsive through email and payment was done on their link via credit card with a transaction fee for total of about $400 ish. The home inspector Phil W. came out and completed the job at the assigned appointment time on his own since their email instructions suggested not to attend - which I feel would've been helpful if one of us was there since we know nothing about home stuff. We purchased a new construction build, and Phil was able to document the problems with pictures and notes on a 60 page PDF that we provided to the builder to remedy. Can't tell if there's hot water going to the house can't tell angle valves bad pool was absolutely horrible. Office said he's coming back the next two days. He was only here for four hours multiple issues. They're basing their price footage of the house person that did the inspection was here for four hours. Office reached out said he's coming the next two days that was not the case I got some horrible report. Missing basic stuff, I couldn't tell the house was in a flood by looking at the baseboards. read more

As buyers, our home inspection reported that the house's garbage disposal was functional, and the pool heat was gas powered. However, the house 1) Doesn't have a garbage disposal and 2) Doesn't have a pool heater. Other parts of the report did catch some potential issues, but given the lack of detail and blatant misses above, one has to wonder... what else was missed? Hopefully, this is the extent of the omissions... but unless we pay for another inspection, we'll never know. read more
