We had the worst experience working with this company. The manager, Kevin is a fast talking…read moresalesman and very disrespectful to his staff. As a homeowner, we trusted that they would abate our asbestos safely and follow proper protocol. After they finished the job, our electrician discovered that they left large quantities vermiculite in the attic and wall cavities and purposely stuffed fiberglass insulation over the vermiculite to intentionally hide it from the inspectors. These areas were easily accessible to their workers and could be reached by their equipment (and easily visible to our electrician). They lied and said the vermiculite was removed from these areas. I suspect that his workers had been trained to purposely cut corners to save time and hide their incomplete work. This was a shocking discovery. They put our health and that of our contractors in great jeopardy by leaving this cancerous material so easily accessible. When I called to have them come back to fix the problem and finish the job, fortunately they did return. However, then we had to witness Kevin yell at his workers, blaming and shaming them for the problem. It was completely inappropriate and a bit staged. They did go a little past the time quoted but that is to be expected especially since we were located on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Although I wasn't happy with the extra $500 in charge I paid it because I can tell they worked hard- My husband didn't want me to pay them since he also helped them a bit with moving items but it would have added an extra few hours so I am glad he did. In any case, I found the movers to be professional. Anything they pulled apart they put back together. My two stars are not for those guys but for the issues that resulted afterward. Since they did drop my treadmill and another item and damaged my floor they offered to fix it since they have a flooring company. Vanessa was a bear to deal with from sending fake information to canceling appts or not following up until the last minute if at all. First, she showed up with markers to colour the floor then she sent someone who insisted the damage was from heat then she sent another person who told me he can't change the flooring and if he switched it out it would be made worse and he doesn't know what to do. She then emails me and said he felt humiliated by me which is NOT what he stated. If you need to move- use another company as the customer service from the office is terrible.

No questions asked, no haggle, no messing around with pricing. They simply asked me what was the cheapest I found, I told them and they matched it. I needed them again last weekend to clean out more stuff from my garage and they matched my previous rate from the summer. I needed the dumpster picked up at 1pm and sure enough the driver arrived at 1pm on the nose. This is the only place I'd call when I need a dumpster moving forward and you can't beat their rate. I have a few large pieces of furniture I want to cut up and throw away so I'm sure they can expect a 3rd call from me in the spring. A+
