They dropped off a few samples along with an explanation sheet explaining the benefits of each. I was rather surprised by the price which I consider to be more than fair. They do send a text to say they are coming -- "in a few minutes or an hour," very specific. After 2.25 hours of waiting for the third visit, I called and got the typical "some jobs take longer," and that I didn't need to be there. No? And responsible companies call if they are running late, but I was told that the crew has no way of contacting the client. Obviously, they should change the text to "we will be there sometime today."
