However, as soon as I was dropped off to pickup my car, I noticed a sizable scratch and scraped area on the lower, right front fender. I know it wasn't there before because I'd just waxed the car couple days before taking it to the shop. I immediately went inside and told Tony about. He came out and looked for himself. He said it couldn't have happened there because nobody told him about it. He called a Tech over and asked him about it. He denied hitting anything. Of course nobody reported it. It's human nature. I'm sure they were hoping I wouldn't notice it. I went ahead and paid them nearly $600.00 for the work they performed. It was a real kick in the teeth to spend that much money only to find they damaged my vehicle. They made no offer to make it right. I didn't even get an apology. I told them I would never patronize them again, and that I was going to review them on Yelp. They didn't seem concerned. My advice, if you do take your car there, take pictures of the entire car.
