Fast forward to current day 2026, it's giving Goodwill vibes, marking up items so high it's actually cheaper to go into Nordstrom its self and buy the item brand new with no issues. I've heard management has changed and that has been the cause for the price gauging. Honestly I blame influencers for showing off their finds and management for then taking advantage of people also looking for the same deals. But I'm over influencers and brands caring more about influencers than the people who have kept them in business for years, instead we pay more for an item than it's being sold for in the original store. It's a shame greed takes over and people lack integrity. I hope one day things can be adjusted and it makes sense to shop here again. Maybe with another change in management? One that knows what they are doing?

It's a 45 min mat pilates class taught by Abby and Melanie. May 30th was their last rooftop class for now until it gets cooler out again. My cousins happened to find the event and 4 of us joined since there was a 2 for 1 deal (about $11 each!). It was my first time taking a mat pilates class and I loved it, minus the burning sun part. If this were in spring or fall, it would be perfect! I parked one below in the shade and as soon as I walked up, I could already hear the music the dj had on and it was just my kinda music. Surrounding the grass area were different vendors including Starbucks, a matcha bar, skin care, tarot, gummies, protein bars, bread and cookies, women's health, massages, IV shots, health coaching and merch. The details of the event didn't say to bring our own mat so two of us forgot to pack one. Luckily, the instructors had a bunch of extras for anyone who forgot. They also provided bands for everyone. Those bands killed us. You'll feel the burn the next day. In fact, my whole body was sore for a few days and I started feeling it already that same night. After the class ended, we browsed the vendors. I purchased some gummies (hair/nails and energy), had a quick tarot reading done, grabbed some freebies and 2purchased matchas. As we were browsing, I couldn't help but notice two men walking back and forth through the aisles without picking up anything, just casually passing by multiple times. It didn't feel quite right, but I brushed it off since my brother-in-law buys shoes for my sister all the time, so I thought maybe they were just shopping. We continued through the store and headed toward the kids' shoes section. While my back was turned to the rest of the store, we picked out four pairs of sandals. While shopping, I casually spoke with another mom about the size stickers being missing-marked on the shoes, and she was thankful for the tip. Then, we moved on to the kids' clothing section. As we were looking through pants and shirts, I noticed two teenage girls in the teenage clothing section, not moving for at least 30 minutes. They were completely absorbed in their phones. Then, the two men I had seen earlier appeared again, this time walking toward the girls. The four of them started talking and looking at my daughter and me, all while staying glued to their phones and staring at us. I wasn't comfortable, so we quickly moved to a different section. By now, my gut feeling was telling me something wasn't right, so I placed my daughter back in the cart and headed to the front registers. I told the cashier that I was feeling uneasy and wasn't sure if they were stealing or causing some kind of issue, but I didn't feel safe with them staring at us. She reassured me that they had been watching the group and suspected them of stealing. We decided to head straight to the back of the store to look for more Easter decorations, but as I turned to look at my cart, I saw two additional men standing around, staring at their phones, not looking at the shoes or even trying anything on. One of them even yelled to someone else, though I couldn't hear what he said. My anxiety spiked. Within moments, one of the Ross employees--there were three of them total (only women no security/emergency button etc) approached me and said, "Ma'am, I want you to know you're being followed in the store, and we've been watching them awhile." At that point, I was shaken to the core and immediately decided to leave. As we approached checkout, all three employees gathered around me and my daughter. I called my husband, who was just minutes away. I was in such a state of panic that I couldn't think clearly. The employees kept saying this was the first time something like this had happened in the store, and I couldn't help but wonder why Ross didn't take more action (call police, 911, something to potentially save a life) I called my husband again, and the employees asked where he was. I told them he was on his way. Then, this elderly woman started approaching me, trying to calm things down, saying, "No, no, no, don't call the police. My son is autistic. He's weird, he's always weird I told him to quit acting stupid, then shifted the blame on the Ross employees saying - How dare you treat me this way, we did nothing." (I'm sorry you do not speak about your autistic child this way) The employees had to physically push her away and tell her to leave. They also mentioned that she refused to leave despite being asked several times. They had nothing in their cart nothing to check out so why did they show up how at checkout. I never saw this elderly lady in the store was she the look out?! The most disheartening part is the way Ross handled the situation. They claimed to be unaware of anything unusual going on, even though they had been watching the group for some time. They have a grievance and compliance line, but when I spoke with the assistant manager, she claimed to be the point of contact, which I now know wasn't true. Let this serve as a reminder to all parents: stay alert, trust your instincts, and always be aware of your surroundings

Selection isn't to bad parking can be horrific 7-10 especially over near macys, dicks, or the bowling alley area, and of course the top hill where the food court is. I see a lot of people going to try things on and ordering it online before the sales rep even gets back with the other shoe in some stores. Cause it's cheaper on the same stores website but you guessed it in store won't match online prices. Also the crypto atm needs more security or a more secure area where someone can help the elderly who are being scammed out of there money daily. You'd be surprised I walked the mall and seen and told 3 elderly people who were all on the phone with someone make sure you know who you are sending it to the irs doesn't take crypto.
