I gave Idaho Roofing Contractors a call to ask if they did roofing inspections before making my final payment to the company that did our roof. They said they would be happy to come out and do an inspection for me. They were extremely communicative and Chris Newton showed up at 2:00 just as scheduled. He walked around the house with me. Explained what looked good and what could have been done differently but was still ok. After a half an hour he said he was going to get out his drone out to see places we couldn't from the ground and snap photos. We then reviewed all the photos and I got a thorough roofing education, much appreciated! I don't know if they normally spend so much time for a free inspection, but regardless, Chris spent an hour with me and the roof and it didn't cost me anything. No sales pitch or request for me to write a review. I wanted to write a review because I wish I had found them instead of the other company I used. I was blown away that they would be so generous when they knew coming in there was likely no immediate financial benefit for them. From everything Chris explained about how detailed they are and how they take photos of every stage of a roofing project, I think anybody would be well off to use this company. It has been 9 months since our remodel. The kitchen cabinets are horrible!! The paint chips so…read moreeasily and feels so thin. I have had to touch up the paint twice in 9 months. The molding is particle board, so it doesn't hold the paint. The molding fell off the base and split off the island on Thanksgiving day. We had friends and family there and they can't believe the poor quality!! It was so embarrassing. The shelves they built have fallen multiple times and broken a bunch of my things. I contacted Erick and he did not care and blamed my jewelry that was chipping the paint. I wear one ring on one of my fingers. I sent him pictures of the particle board that broke, chipped paint, fallen shelves, and he had no response. Wow! We spent probably about $80,000 on our particle board kitchen. I am sooo disappointed. I'm the most disappointed that he won't fix the issues. BEWARE!!

That really helped us feel comfortable with them in terms of their capability and get a good understanding of pricing. In addition to all that their professionalism, promptness, and flexibility were spectacular. The final product came out better than expected and we're over the moon with the outcome.
