After 25 minutes of waiting, the store began to get busy again as two service humans were serving two customers from the same company at the same time. After listening to the four of them go over a variety of details, I ventured to ask "Miles" if I could pick up my paint - already paid for - because I had been waiting neary 1/2 an hour. His response was dismissive enough ("We've been busy. Those men were here before you.") we will toss the samples I bought and start over with another store for the project we are just beginning. I can't imagine having to avoid Miles for the next year - which is all I would want to do. If you are a guy, I am sure you will LOVE Miles. He seems to be very ready to help the men he knew, along with the man who was already helping them. But a stranger? An older woman he has never seen? He didn't seem as interested. Personally, I would say, "Go anywhere else." It's a disappointment. I had shopped Sherwin Williams as a contractor for years. Maybe even before Miles was born. Regardless, he had no reason to be as dismissive as he was considering how long I waited with patience. It wasn't a lot to ask that one of the two clerks could be helping one of the two customers in the store.

Starting with my personal purchase for a refrigerator. I had it delivered by Lowe's. I had no idea what issues would arise with this company! First of all neither one of the guys spoke English. Which normally doesn't bother me but when it comes to telling them to not walk in my memorial garden that was created by my Mom and I for my Dads passing. which one of the plants is a yucka. It has taken 18 years to finally bloom. They broke the stem with the blooms off. Then when my Mom passed away just a couple years ago my daughter and I planted plants in her memory. They stomped all over them and broke off the flowers and also broke my garden statue. They never apologized or even recognized what they had done. I'm so upset. I've reached out to Lowe's and still nothing as been done to resolve the issue (been since May 6th 2026). It's hard to put a price on the damage because it's more than just the cost of the plants. As far as the delivery for the business I work for, it was a nightmare. They damaged one of the refrigerators and tried to hide it. They dropped a washer, rammed a dryer into the wall. They refused the installation that was paid for when appliances were purchase. tho the work order included installation. So, do yourself a favor NEVER buy appliances from Lowe's if you need delivery!!!

Claimed he was a navy seal in his past and a credible individual . he convinced me he was able to get best deals in materials for my remodel and i should trust him. I trusted him and I am now 20K in a hole and less than 3k in materials. He claimed some of the materials were delivered to his home address by accident and others he brought with him were only partial. He has not refunded my deposit of the work he has not performed. He can not provide the receipts or invoices of the materials he claims he bought (14K+ in materials and over 6+ in labor }. He is now gone and only 20% of work is done. The carpentry work he performed will have to be redone since does not meet code. he has poor carpentry skills and painting skills and has a thirst for money. he will blame everything else including you but not himself. I tried look him up on L&I and can not find his business or his names listed anywhere to verify his business. He will not issue his contractor number and the vehicle he drove had dealer plates appears to be a new vehicle recently purchased . I failed on my part since i should have had a written agreement/contract before work was started. He is a smooth talker, talks big and will get you convinced that he is legit and has operated and run millions dollar projects. he will show photos to convince you. He is a pathological liar and will take advantage of you. I have proof of all the money i sent him on Cash app and venom plus cash withdrawals i made. I have the photos of the work he performed. now all that work will have to be re done. This Man needs to be stopped. When I confronted him He will get very aggressive and defensive throwing insults and shifting blame on you. I wish i had read that previous review earlier. I am very disappointed and defeated. This is a horrible person and hope someone reads this before falling victim. all this happened in a span of less than a month since August 25th through Sept 14th.
