The colors we choose was greige for the body which was a beautiful grayish/beige, the trim was a beautiful bright white, and our door was an awesome color called naval, which was a deep, rich, dark blue. After 10 years the paint job still looks as awesome as day 1. I'd definitely say Sherwin Williams is the top of the line. And while they are pricey. You definitely get what you pay for. And when you count up all the time you would spend re-doing a cheaper paint job. It is definitely worth buying the top of the line products so you do it less often!

Sorry I'm not going to take a bribe. I have more power in speaking about every detail of this awful experience. 26 of the cabinets came in damaged. They reordered them they reordered the wrong fronts and had to reorder. Each order take 6-8 weeks. And then they arrived in pieces....not assembled and which required me to pay a person to assemble them....they did not reimburse me. Their counter installer sent a slab that was cut incorrectly. Their subcontractors guy urinated across my mudroom for example. They then damaged the brand new kitchen walls to remove and replace it. AND it took over a month for them to agree to replace. They send 9 appliances that arrived damaged. Even one of the appliances that was supposed to be new was a "field scrap" appliance and I only found out because it was broken and the serial number recorded this. What an utter nightmare...... I happily should have paid double not to work with them. NEVER again....and believe me....I wont ever support these thieves...not even for a box of nails.

We've been buying paint from this store since 2018 for interior and exterior whole house jobs and…read moreusing Benjamin Moore paint for 20+ years without any fail from their basic paint to their premium paints. Unfortunately, our recent experience at Sonoma Paint is requiring us to write a very poor review for this store. On Sep 7, we bought a gallon of paint to redo a kid room. We were recommended the Aura product line and have used this nice premium product before so went with it ($90 for a gallon). The next day, we started the project working the edges of the room and around outlets and then rolled the larger parts of the flat walls. When done, we noticed that the edging was a darker color then the rolled parts. Thinking it may be that paint was wet, we let the paint dry overnight and then tried to refinish the darker edges. This time the paint was lighter. OMG I have three different colors on one wall from the same gallon of paint. Worried and frustrated we called the store to discuss bc there was something off about the paint. Spoke to James and told him about the color differences, told him that it is not old paint and purchased two days prior and that perhaps the paint was not mixed properly bc of the slight separation of paint in the can even after hand mixing and differences in color after drying. We took pics and told James that we can bring in the remaining paint since he wanted to check the paint himself. Well that was a waste of time to drive back to the store. He did some small swatch tests and said everything looked fine to him despite the pics of the room wall. He could not help and recommended to paint another coat and "see" what happens. This is not a cheap paint and we're not buying another $90 gallon. It is a Benjamin Moore premium paint that should only require one coat on a white wall. At a minimum he could have offered to remix the paint or even offer more paint under their basic product line so we can do another coat. Am not a happy customer about this and will not be patronizing this store anymore unfortunately.

I would highly recommend them! Greg came out to give me a bid in early spring. I had a couple of ideas of the color combos I wanted to go with but Alice, Greg's wife, came out to my house to help me "nail down" my choices. Her experience and input was invaluable - never have I had painter- interior or exterior- have an in-house color person. She even painted huge swaths of paint on my house to help me choose! I ended up making the best choice and am so pleased. The day to start came a few months later (they are very busy), but that was fine with me. Greg called and gave me dates. Greg then came over on a Friday I believe - power washed the entire house. They started prep on Monday. I believe they were done by Thurs - Friday. Greg and his crew were professional, neat, courteous and just super nice guys. I could go on and on about all the little things they did - but again I would recommend them to anyone! I've gotten sooo many complements from friends and neighbors!

Shortly before the work was to begin, Greg's wife, Alice, came over to work with me on choosing the colors I wanted. She was a delight to work with. The preparation of the home was very detailed from power washing, repairing and covering all windows and plants for protection. Then the painting crew started painting. They were all very professional and did excellent work. The job was completed very quickly. I couldn't be more pleased with the results!
