When I asked for assistance, the employees told me they "could not even begin to know where to find it" because the item was buried in the back as a seasonal product. This was already frustrating given that your website clearly showed the item as readily available. I asked if placing an online order for pickup would prompt them to retrieve the item. I was surprised when they told me they would not fulfill it and would simply cancel the order instead. This experience was not only unhelpful but also discouraging. It felt like there was no willingness to assist or find a solution. Additionally, while these gutter clips may be categorized as seasonal, they are commonly used year-round for backyard string light not just for holiday décor. She was accommodating and let me sit and use the table in the store to go over my vision board and she let me use her paint fan deck.
