Once there I…read morediscovered the paint was 'out of production', which was confusing as all colors, to my knowledge, are pigment mixed on the spot. I'm a home owner, not a contractor, so the nomenclature may be wrong but you get the picture. Anyway, the service person said it was no problem and they found the "old paint code' in a book and were able to mix the paint in minutes. While there I asked for a referral to get my aggregate sealing work, they flipped me to a local guy and he worked out great for a reasonable price. The staff at this location know exactly what they're doing and are very glad to help consult when you're not an expert. This isn't the 20 something set, not that there's anything wrong with that age group. But, these guys know how to explain the why's and what's when it comes to the coverings you need, and they're not put out to do it. A very well ran locally owned business. I highly recommend them.

I had asked for a tote that was on sale and when I brought it to the front was told it wasn't. I brought the add in from my car and the young gentleman walked me back to see if they had the right size as he stated this was a 12 gallon and not the ones listed on sale (15 and 24 gallon m I believe). Mind you we are talking about a $3 discount. No more of the right size. No problem. I'll use my coupon. Nope. The pumpkins you are buying (no marking of sale ANYWHERE on those) come up when rung up with an "s" - so no coupons allowed. Again - not big money here, but the tone and level of condescension that was shown was just appalling. I turned from him and walked out of the store leaving my items at checkout by the front door. Then it got crazy. The older lady PROCEEDED TO FOLLOW ME OUT THE FRONT DOOR and berate me about coupons having restrictions and was I going to buy it or not. I was shocked. Absolutely shocked. I told her to stop yelling at me and talk to the gentleman. I've never seen anything like this at this ACE, but after today I would highly recommend driving the extra distance to Hermitage rather than risk the berating of the angry clerk and condescending gentlemen. The saddest part is - it was all over $3 when I was going to spend $25 Customer service is dead, friends. And they wonder why ACE's in general have trouble staying open.

My non-stick cookware is shot; the stainless cookware no longer meets my needs; the internal battery in my rice cooker (which I can't replace) is dead; and the toaster oven has become a mess that is impossible to clean and occasionally burns food. So after several months of research and waiting for their Memorial Day sale, I made the trip out to Cool Springs to do some shopping. I was helped by Ms. Teresa. She walked me through the entire process of what they had in store vs what we were going to have to order online and have shipped. She then answered all my questions and even suggested some less expensive alternatives to help me stretch my budget while saving money. I had brought a measuring tape with me to measure the toaster oven I was looking to get, but before I could get mine out, she had already acquired one from behind the sales counter and was measuring it for me. If I had one complaint, and this is by no means Teresa's fault, I wish William Sonoma made it easier to get a price match in-store for items that are not available for purchase in-store. I didn't expect William Sonoma to carry a significant selection, let alone the model of Zojirushi rice cooker I wanted in a store located in a part of the country without a significant presence of Asian Immigrants (compared to the West Coast).

I wanted to share some positive feedback about my recent experience at the Bellevue TN, on Highway…read more70, Harbor Freight location. The store itself stood out immediately. It was extremely clean, bright, organized, and even smelled fresh. The layout of the products flowed so well that I honestly felt like I could have found what I needed on my own without any difficulty. The overall environment was calm, quiet, and very easy to shop in. Even the exterior signage stood out to me. The sign is wonderfully large and clear, and I really appreciate that the logo also communicates what kinds of products are inside the store. It makes the store easy to recognize and sets the right expectation before even walking in. What really made the visit memorable, though, was one of the associates who greeted me shortly after I came in. I unfortunately can't remember his name clearly, but if I heard it I would absolutely recognize it. He asked what I was shopping for and immediately pointed me in the right direction, which was very helpful. Later, we reconnected at the register and he took a moment to actually understand me as a customer. He offered to add my phone number and email into the system, which I appreciated since it helps keep track of purchases and promotions. He also mentioned the Harbor Freight credit card. Even though I wasn't interested in signing up for the card, the way he explained it didn't feel like a sales pitch. It felt more like an educational overview so I'd understand the option if I ever wanted it in the future. He was very likeable and professional, and the whole interaction didn't feel rushed or transactional -- it felt genuine. Because of that experience, Harbor Freight has now become my first stop before Home Depot when I need tools or equipment. In fact, I came back again and even picked up a Harbor Freight hat -- I'm proudly sporting the brand now. I just wanted to say thank you to that associate and to the team for maintaining such a great store environment. It made the experience stand out, and it definitely earned my loyalty.

They look great in my home and are very festive! The store was well merchandised but the merch was not plentiful. I was hoping there would be more (my husband is glad there was not ). I did walk around and look at different departments and noticed they have nice accent tables, rugs, & bathroom accessories. I would definitely go back when I am in the market for updating those items. Service was good. They left you alone to browse but were there when you needed them. Slam on the breaks. "Go back, go back", I yell to him from the kitchen. "Hurry up". Did I hear right? Oh my gosh! I did! BB&B is opening! In Nashville. Rejoice! It had to be divine intervention. We just happened to be driving to Nashville on grand opening day. I convinced my driver (ok, my husband) to leave early enough so we could stop on our way to the airport. It took us almost 3 hours to make the trek from Huntsville to Brentwood. We'll stop on our way home he promised. On the way home, our flight was delayed two hours. I swallowed my disappointment because I knew it was going to be 4 more, long weeks until I headed back up to Nashville. Finally, today was that day! We left extra early, I wasn't about to let construction traffic mess up another chance of going to what I once thought was my long lost favorite store. We made it. I nearly skipped into the store - quite a feat since I'm in a walking boot for a broken foot! I couldn't restrain myself - I gushed to the first employee that I ran into how truly excited I was. She looked at me like I had a third eye in the middle of my forehead. She obviously was well past the excitement that I felt this glorious day. I walked around the store, gently touching, lovingly touching the knick-knacks. The pillows. The pumpkin shaped candles. The cookware. But then that was it. My lip quivered a little when I realized that's all there was. The 50 shades of towels, the 29 types of bed pillows, the rows and rows of kitchen tools, even the 21 varieties of k-cups. Not there. No agonizing over vanilla latte or exotic chai. No 10 minutes of contemplating burgundy versus maroon. Barely any choices at all. Bed Bath and Beyond was now a mashup of a small Kirkland's and a tiny Home Goods store. I did find a toilet paper holder that I wanted. There was a big sign outside that said that they still accept Bed Bath and Beyond coupons. What they mean are those relics found under the car seat. Those with grease marks from stray French fries. The ones with the torn corners and blotches of things I'd rather not know about. What they don't mean is BB&B online coupons. The online BB&B is apparently not the same store. I left my find at the register, I just couldn't bring myself to buy something at Bed Bath & Beyond without a coupon. It was just ingrained in me. My skip was replaced by a little limp as I walked back to the car. I quietly buckle my seat belt, adjust my sunglasses and restart my Waze app. With a defeated, nearly inaudible voice, I ask, "where do you want to stop for lunch, babe?"
