The older lady came to help and from the beginning I just wanted to walk back out! She was so nasty to the point of frustration. I held my tongue bc I just kept remembering my previous experience but no matter how calm and cool I was, she just kept responding with aggression and nastiness. Even after I sold my pieces and said I'm not done you'll be taking 1/2 of this back, she was just nasty. I finally just decided not to get the piece I liked and left. That lady was enough to make me never want to return.

I had purchased a small .22 rifle from a company called Midway and they recommended Lightning Pawn as the FFL to have the item shipped to in order to finish the paperwork and transfer the item. Well, NEVER AGAIN. I received confirmation from the seller that the item had been received bt the FFL and was ready for pickup. When I got there the staff at Lightning Pawn were Rude, Condescending and Argumentative. They then informed me that the item wasn't ready and that I didn't know how the process worked. I have MANY firearms that I have have transferred through FFLs. I am very familiar with the process and the paperwork. Lightning Pawn was HORRIBLE!

And on top of that they opened the store 43 minutes later than the posted time on the door!! THEY WERE ALL JUST STANDING THERE INSIDE THE STORE!!! We did get the headphones back, but they weren't in the great condition we had left them. It was very obvious someone attempted to use them on a setting that was too small for their big fat head and split (cracked) the headphones right in the middle of the top!! When my boyfriend complained about the condition of the headphones, they told him that he signed a waiver of acknowledgement that the store assumes no responsibility for the condition of any of your belongings!!
